   ⭐ 0/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience at Vu Lounge I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Vu Lounge was truly unacceptable. The food was poorly prepared, tasteless, and unhygienic, and the service was unprofessional and careless. Staff members seemed completely uninterested in the customers, and the overall attitude was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the prices were outrageously high — we were charged £128 for just two people, including several hidden and unjustified charges. For that amount, one would expect high-quality food and professional service, but instead, we received the opposite. In my opinion, this restaurant is overpriced, poorly managed, and misleading. It feels like they focus more on overcharging customers than providing any real quality or value. ⚠️ Warning to others: Please think twice before dining here. It’s not worth your time, money, or effort. Vu Lounge = Poor Food + Poor Service + Overpriced and Unethical Practices.

   This is a great spot in the Bushey area. Good to have something a little Boujie, yet relaxed and comfortable. The food was REALLY good. We got a bunch of things and shared. The ribs starter was immense! Sooo good. And the way it’s served just add to the experience. I ordered an old fashion to kick things off. It was decent, just not classic, it wasn’t as ‘clean’ and had some froth. Again, not bad, just not my preference. And the deserts! Sooo good. We got the Turkish baklava, two types. And wow! They tasted amazing but it’s also the way they serve it, you’re not expecting them to do what they do to it at the table. Just adds to the experience. The food was reasonably priced as was the wine. We also got a shisha which was fun. The music in there is cool, but sometimes a bit loud when trying to chat. It’s great they have a DJ, but having a DJ and a drink will make some people (like us) want to get up and have a dance, but there is nowhere to do so. Can imagine on a Friday or Saturday it getting quite lively. All in a great experience and would go back.

   Had an incredible birthday night here. The shisha was smooth with great flavour, and the premium steak was cooked right in front of us—so juicy, tender, and full of flavour. The vibe was chilled but lively, and the staff were super friendly. They even surprised me with a birthday dessert! Highly recommend for a fun celebration.

   One of the best beef steaks I’ve ever had! I had an unforgettable dining experience at Vu Lounge. From the moment you walk in, you’re impressed by the modern design and lush green entrance — it truly sets the tone for a premium experience. I ordered the tomahawk steak, and it was absolutely phenomenal — perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and seasoned to perfection. The presentation was top-notch, and the rosemary touch added a lovely aroma. The side dishes, especially the fries and asparagus, complemented the steak beautifully. The ambiance, lighting, and service were all excellent — elegant yet relaxed. If you’re a steak lover, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

   Unbelievably bad. Unfortunately this may have the be the biggest let down I’ve faced. Firstly the decor and atmosphere was great. We felt welcomed by the staff. The presentation was good! Now the food, I ordered a garlic prawns, steak, chips and mock tail. Only product was good was the chips. It was a tasteless meal and very expensive compared to the quality of the standard. I tried other items that was ordered and by far the burger with the black bun was terrible. Mock-tails weren’t great and should’ve got water instead. Unfortunately once seated the customer service dropped, we couldn’t get hold of staff members and when we did they forgot to come back to us. My steak came first before my starter! That was annoying. Overall this place isn’t great at all and this restaurant actually set new boundaries of how restaurant falsely promote themselves on social media. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Mostly for people that are into fake glamour and poor food.

   An amazing experience all round. Visited with my boyfriend on a Wednesday evening for our anniversary meal. Service was top notch from all staff, particularly our waiter Amr, he was attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great evening. The lady on reception was fantastic and subtle in asking me about an anniversary surprise I had requested - they brought our dessert with a sparkler and all came to clap for us. All of the staff were fantastic, helpful and polite. The food was delicious, we had the tomahawk steak (we were shown the selection of steaks before we ordered so we could make the right choice) and the mixed grill platter. We were guided by our waiter to choose what was best for us and given recommendations. The meat was flavourful, succulent and perfectly cooked. The fire show and cutting of the meat in front of us was a great experience to watch. We ate in the lounge area which was a lovely space and not crowded. It felt very fancy and not too informal. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion and we will definitely be visiting again! Best meal out I've had.

   Nice place, great menu here. Aesthetically the place, food and everything was good, it was a nice atmosphere. Steaks were good and so was shisha. I wasnt a huge fan of the tacos however, a little oily and lacked flavour. A lot of people around us had ordered food that was prepared at their table for them, would have been better if we knew what those dishes were as it would have made for a much better experience if we had ordered this, perhaps this could be mentioned on the menu. Otherwise I would return if I was in the area.

   Don't understand the low rating of this place. Absolutely 10/10 evening. The food was absolutely delicious, not your average dishes! The service of the staff was impeccable, cannot fault it at all. The lady's who waited the table were so attentive and polite, unfortunately didn't get names. We also ordered shisha and it lasted the whole evening, fantastic flavours recommended from the gentleman serving us. Biggest thank you to James who helped us with every request (there were many) thanks for being fantastic and so welcoming and accommodating, you made the evening what it was. Cannot wait to return. Thanks Ibs! Also just to add, the fillet mignon was absolutely mouthwatering!

   A very mixed review. Place is very nice and the staff are very attentive and customer friendly. The starters were very average. Prawns were very chewy, and the chicken wings were very bland. The lamb kofte was nice. Mains: If the cook on the steak was to be as asked first time round, then this would have been perfect. However the food had to be returned, to be cooked fresh again, as the meat for over cooked. This then meant the sides got cold and so it goes on. All in all, a bit all over the place, but if properly done, then this would have been a great experience.
