   Firstly, I don't like writing reviews for the public to see but this has to be said. I was so hungry and super excited for my food but what came next absolutely shattered me. The chicken strips smelt so bad that I physically could not eat it, and it looked like something you find left open, expired and out in the cold. You know when something smells so bad that u can taste the bad smell? Yeah, it was exactly like that. I genuinely am so traumatised that I don't think I will ever order food again.

   THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. The only decent thing was nothing. It would have been better if they just forgot my order. Traumatised. Belittled. Disrespected. 1. I have given a 1, PURELY bc i cant give it a zero. 2. Loaded fries couldve killed me. They added an indescribable sauce on top. The chicken was something you find in the bin after a rat has chewed it up and spat it right back out. 3. Barbecue chicken strips smelt like a horrific. It looked even worse than it smelled.

   They ran out of some item so they just made up an awful thing n sent it instead of calling me to inform me n giving me a choice. Upon calling the restaurant - where I wasn’t asking for anything other than polite admission of the mistake - they argued how they can’t call all customers and have to send something anyways. Then told me to request a refund from Uber eats. I wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery. Maybe eating in at least you can see what ur paying for instead of food that’s only fit for the bin. Disappointing. I personally won’t be ordering from this place again. Just shows how much difference polite customer services can make.

   This is what they call loaded fries, soggy limp onions ontop of some wack re-fried chips. Burger salty & flavorless too. Big disappointment. Used to slap but this is a joke

   First time trying - amazing The chips are warm, seasoned perfectly, and fat with potato The bun isn't dry, is buttery, soft and large The meat is succulent and isn't 50% batter They don't skimp on cheese, which makes your burger and fries x10 better Reasonably priced aswell, unlike other fast food chains

   Small place, good value restaurant (avg £10 per meal) with good food. Burgers were a little dry (possibly overcooked), the normal fries, cheat fries were excellent. Chicken strips were tasty, milkshake was ok although they could serve it bigger.
