   Got a delivery an received a bag of grease literally could of poured it out the bags! Got a breakfast panini but it was a seeded burger bun so phoned to say i wasn't happy only to be greeted by a very very rude man telling me no one has ever complained! Absolute joke disgusting service i strongly recommend not ordering from this vile place

   You pick out your food at the counter, receive a number, and it is brought to your table style of diner. The grill was being worked on so no panini available. However, my grilled cheese sandwich was delicious. I got to pick out the cheeses-- provolone and cheddar was my excellent pick. Coleslaw was how I like it.

   The worst breakfast I have ever payed for in my life I was that disappointed in the breakfast I didn't eat any of it other than the bacon, I got two big breakfast, the eggs well they was over cooked, how on earth they got the mushrooms to taste so nasty I will never know that, the hash browns was soggy the beans where over cooked, I payed 14 for two I feel sorry for any one who eats at this disgusting place, I ould rather starv than go any where near this place in my life, my guesse is get the food hygiene in and see how they view this disgusting place

   We placed an order with the restaurant at 11am, where we were told that it be due to arrive around 12.05, which was fine. That time passed and I contacted the restaurant at 12.40 to see when my order would be due to come as it was 35 minutes late. They informed me it would be due to arrive at 1pm, so again I said ok and waited. By 1.30 we were still waiting so I asked for my money back, to which only £3 was added to my account! 1.40 and our food actually arrives, over an hour and a half later than the time that was given us and over two and a half hours from when we initially placed the order! You would at least expect after a wait that long for the food to be good quality. We ordered a chicken burger and chips meal and a hot dog meal for my children. The chips were freezing cold and weren't fit to eat and the burger was sloppy, my ten year old just binned it. The hot dog was probably the only thing that was edible. Myself and my partner ordered a big breakfast each and my god I wish I could upload a photo of what arrived. It was disgusting, it looked like someone else's leftovers had been scraped into our containers. The toast was solid around the edges and basically like bread in the middle, I was convinced it was stale. Hash browns, burnt to a crisp as was the bacon. No beans on one of them. Had to search for them and the tomato's on the other because it was all mixed in with the rest of the food. Sausages were freezing cold. It honestly felt like they'd been cooked hours before and kept warm because they were just soggy and disgusting. No mushrooms on one of the breakfasts. The eggs were diabolical. Two of our hot drinks arrived wrong too. The whole order was a disgrace and to be expected to pay £19 and not have a refund for food that I wouldn't even feed to a dog is just disgusting service. I certainly won't be using this restaurant again and I'd honestly advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from here not to!!! Annoyed I had to give it one star because from my experience it's not even worth that. I'm not at all a fussy eater and to be fair, in my time I've eaten rubbish but this food, I 100% wouldn't touch!! Do not recommend.
