   I mean, it’s Nando’s – what do you expect? I really don’t understand the negative reviews. The food and taste are exactly what you’d expect from any Nando’s: consistent flavour, same sauces, and all the usual extras. It’s good food for the price you pay, simple as that.

   The food here is consistently good – I tried the macaroni cheese which was really nice, and the Great Imitator wrap was tasty as well. The service is generally okay, and staff are polite, but I noticed a couple of times that some team members were on their mobiles while serving, which doesn’t feel very professional. It’s in a convenient spot in Twickenham, easy to get to, and a good option whether you’re with friends or just grabbing something quick. With better attention to service, this place could easily be fivestar.

   Three stars. I’ve never been served with less energy, enthusiasm, or positivity than I was today at this branch of Nando’s. I was dining alone at the front, and the first staff member I encountered was lovely. He was interacting with customers professionally and positively.. However, when I went to place my order, the young woman at the till couldn’t have sounded less interested. Yeah? Thigh or fillet? How spicy? What sides? Anything else? …all delivered blankly. I almost asked her if she was okay. It blows my mind that somebody can interact so abruptly in a customer facing role. A simple smile or even a slightly upbeat tone - anything; I’m really not that hard to please!) would’ve made a huge difference to the overall experience. Food decent. Manager top bloke.

   Was a rugby match day so was really busy and had to wait a little for a table. This is a smaller than most Nando’s and so there isn’t much waiting room but we did not have to wait long. Staff were polite and helpful and rushed off their feet. They cleared and cleaned tables quickly so people generally didn’t have to wait too long. The food was super speedy as well and of a good steady standard.

   Ordered my usual boneless thighs chicken which is usually juicy and full of flavour. The chicken served was as dry as a bone and when I asked if it could be changed, I was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes for a fresh bash?!!!

   I’m a total fan of Nandos but seriously . . ordered at 7, was told rider at the restaurant by 7.15 but at 8 the rider cancelled so I asked if I could cancel the order as it had taken so long but was told no as the food was almost ready, nothing else happened until after 9 when I get a message that ‘the restaurant has cancelled your order’ !! So I had to find something else at 9.30pm which kind of did for my night . . I’ve since tried contacting Nandos via every one of their suggested channels and had no response ! I ordered again the next eve and actually got some food that was small, cold and pretty pointless !

   Visited on a Sunday evening whilst we were the only customers in the branch. The staff were very friendly and the food was very well prepared. Can't fault it, thanks for the experience.

   Nothing much different from other Nandos in my experience. Only issue was the building has a slight damp smell which was noticeable to me and one other. Food was delivered quickly, staff were helpful and happy to assist. Overall a decent meal

   As usual the nandos food was outstanding. If my stomach could handle it, I would literally drink the sauce direct from the bottle. Staff were very pleasant. Only reason didnt ping 5 stars was tardiness with ordering from our table. In the end we ordered from counter and it was delivered to our table. Always love the visit.
