I love a good korma but I'm sorry guys this was tasteless.korma sauce was runny and tasted like veg stock , chicken was hard just no taste to it at all...won't go here again and the price isn't cheap either. Very disappointed threw it in the bin
Quick delivery and decent food but sauces are a bit generic like most indian takeaways. Why is artificial colouring always added to masala which was also included coconut for some reason.
It’s been well over 2 hours now (on a Monday night) ordered at 6:30pm, it’s now 8:45pm and it still haven’t arrived. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to eat at some point. We rang the shop and they said the driver was stuck in traffic , we live about 7 mins drive away on a busy day. Absolute joke! This isn’t the first time either we brushed the last time as a one off. Wouldn’t bother if I were you.
Food is absolutely delicious. My daughter and I went in to the shop and were unsure what to order for 4 people. The man who served us was really helpful. He advised us of the most cost effective way to order (getting a set meal and adding to it) and what dishes to try. I tried to tip him and he wouldn't accept it. He said he was happy if we were happy. Above all, he meant it. The portion sizes are good and the food is excellent. We ordered enough for 4 people and had plenty left over. We probably could have comfortably fed 6 people. In fact I'm going to order my dinner from there now!
This is a small takeaway with authentic curry dishes. I ordered Onion Bajis that were fanastic saag aloo was really tasty, chicken tikka pakora were great, tikka kabab mains with tikka masala sauce... this dish was fantastic Keema naan, garlic naan great freshly cooked naans The mains I ordered chicken tikka masala and a chicken tikka Rogan Josh and all i can say about this food it was fresh and tasted fantastic. I live in Anfield and drive to Knotty ash to pick up my order. The food is absolutly frickin fantastic.... you will not be dissapointed.
I know that takeaway places pay 15%to the likes of Just Eat so ordered on their 'app'. Ordered 4 hours in advance of when I wanted food delivery. Needless to say, food late and had to be chased up by phone. When food arrived, items missing. Fella refused to answer phone. He eventually picked up then buttoned me . Rang again and he passed me on to a delivery lad who tried to get him on phone but he shouted through that he wa 'very busy '. Will go back to Uber Eats or Just Eat after this . Shocking service and a rip off, paying for things that don't arrive. Make sure you all avoid.
Ordered the pick your own for 2, very nice deffinaly one of the best takeaways in liverpool.
Excellent customer service, Chicken Tikka highly recommend. Garlic Naan is probably the best of Liverpool.
Visited this takeaway for the first time on 14 April. We have sampled many Indian/Bangladeshi takeaways in South and East Liverpool and this is without question one of the best we have used. All our dishes were well cooked, carefully packaged (ours were put in a box as we had ordered quite a lot) which makes a pleasant change from those that try to cram everything into one carrier bag and cause leaks and spillages. Portions were generous, include 4 onion bhajis and 2 large samosas. Tarka dhal was exceptional, but the standout dish was my vegetable Madras. Service was a little slow, at one stage whilst waiting I thought I might have been overlooked, but the food was more than worth the wait. Very fairly priced as well. Highly recommended.
