   Got food delivered from their website - the driver Nikhil was waiting around not moving for 35 minutes past the delivery time. We called him once, got ignored and then went to call customer help and then he starts moving. He gets here and genuinely the food is stone cold. We call Nando’s customer service and they are essentially useless and give us £8 refund for a £40 order????? Do your job right or don’t do it at all. Unacceptable service, you wouldn’t go to a restaurant and eat cold food. I understand it’s delivery but this was meant to be 30 mins, we live close to the restaurant. There is no reason the food should’ve been stone cold, we watched the driver sit and not move in an area that I know for a fact has no traffic as I live in the neighborhood he was in and have driven those roads at every time of day so I know he wasn’t stuck in traffic. The worst part is Nando’s doing nothing to try and resolve this issue. £8 compensation for a £40 order is not enough if the entire order was cold upon arrival.

   Was disappointed how I was treated by member of staff. I forget my email address I ordered on, staff member was rude, abrupt, condescending, not how to treat a customer. Food was beautifully presented, meat was tender & juicy,chips crunchy, coleslaw creamy complimented by the infamous sauces, and refreshments . Manager did take control of the issue at hand, which is commendable.

   Pretty standard – generous portions and okay prices, but nothing special. Feels more like fast food. Good if you just want to fill up, especially with the variety of sauces. A solid 3/5.

   This Nando’s is quite beautiful, there is a skylight window, and it brings in natural light. The food is tasty as it is. The service is very good. If you wanna come in the weekends, you’d better make it around 12pm.

   Needed a table for 3, slight wait of 20 minutes, which I was informed about up front. Lovely hostess who on noticing I had a sore throat gave me a glass of water, really kind of her. Friends arrived and we were shown to the table. Used the app to order which us simple and straightforward. They had run out of corn so we were asked to choose an alternative, this was accomplished without fuss. Food arrived, hot and exactly as asked for. Service was swift, polite and didn't disturb our evening. Food we ordered was delicious and drinks were chilled.

   As a vegetarian, I found Nandos a great place for a vege burger. Our party tried both the bean and chickpea burgers and all agreed that the latter outdid the former. The chickpea burger had more body and was tastier. The accompanying roasted sweetcorn on the cob and french fries too were of good quality. The disappointment was that despite the cold Kingston winters, no hot beverages are served. We had to get our coffee from another outlet. Nevertheless, the service was good with orders placed on the app and served by the team on hand. I would recommend Nandos as the service was excellent and the food good.
