   Normally come here with the family, there seems to be some new team members and we had a lovely experience with Harri. I wanted to leave a review as he was so helpful and made our experience very memorable. Keep up the great work. It’s nice to come to a restaurant when the service is like this. Makes you feel comfortable to come back and ask the staff if you need anything.

   Only delivered half the food then there’s no way to get in contact. Rubbish. We ended up driving all the way to the restaurant, found our food sitting in the side. Manager offered to give us some fresh fries, so we waited. While waiting we saw the chaos in the restaurant, the majority of people were complaining about late food, missing drinks etc etc. Staff didn’t have a clue what had and hadn’t gone out. The manager didn’t have a clue what was happening. When our chip was ready the manager had lost the rest of our food. One of the delivery drivers had taken it. For some reason delivery drivers were allowed to real through orders. One staff was really apologetic and judging from his comments had no respect for the manager. The boy on the grill was sarcastic little kid who couldn’t follow instructions. No system, lack of respectful staff, poor quality food. Will never order from this place again.

   Excellent service and atmosphere. The manager Ali and team of staff were all very attentive and welcoming. Couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable. Will definitely be revisiting and recommending this particular branch. Well done Ali, excellent customer service; you made it a beautiful end to an afternoon shopping with my bestie.

   The typical Nandos dish is good. The deliveries are on time and the food tastes fresh and hot. They serve huge portions and different sauces to enjoy the food. They are careful in the presentation.

   Firstly the location is pretty nice for a chill lunch/dinner (Stanmore High St). The environment inside Nandos is very nice, seating/dim lighting is great, music not too loud. Staff both in the kitchen and front of house are awesome. Food is standard as all Nandos branches. I had the Chicken Pitta and side of Hummus, with Chicken Thighs (all hot flavour) to takeaway. You can sit there as long as you like Staff are very welcoming, definitely will visit again.

   I had place a order and called to ask them to put the sauces inside along with my order and said she is doing it as we speak and when the food came they forgot all my sauces AGAIN !!!!! Food was cold and everything was soggy and half .
