   I recently visited Blue Ginger on Kenton Road, and overall, it turned out to be a really enjoyable dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ambience is thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable setting that works well for both casual meals and slightly more special occasions. Soft lighting, tasteful décor, and a pleasant buzz in the background all contributed to a welcoming environment. The food was good, flavorful, and nicely presented, with each dish showing attention to detail. The spices were well-balanced, and the dishes arrived at the table fresh and hot. One area that could be improved is the portion size; some items felt a bit smaller than expected, which is the main reason I’m giving the restaurant 4 stars instead of a full 5. Their bar is impressive, offering a wide range of drink options, from classic cocktails to unique blends and a solid selection of wines and spirits. It’s a great place to unwind with a drink before or after your meal. The service was also good, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Another huge convenience is the free parking, which makes the visit even smoother, especially in a busy area like Kenton Road. Overall, Blue Ginger is a solid dining choice, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for tasty food, a great ambience, and reliable service.

   Chicken Tikka dry and Chicen Curry dishes are nice... lamb curry dish was not nice, not much taste and too many vegetables in it. Mixed grill could be larger given the price!

   Visited after a few years Date of visit 02 Oct 2025 Pleasant welcome from Sudhi. Professional and helpful - I would give her five stars but only 2 to the management who served me throughout the evening Food Managers don’t care about your order. They failed to deliver on a simple request of chopped green chillis and instead just left a bowl of machine ground chillis. I had to request the item to be replaced to which no apology was offered. The original order taker (male and looked like a manager) didn’t bother to acknowledge the incorrect delivery. They showed me they don’t really care about the service, nor are they interested in delivering the simplest of requests. Ordered chicken tikka - this came within 5 minutes of ordering and it was clear to me that it was reheated and not fresh. This was further corroborated by the lack of tenderness.. the chicken was hard and very dry and they don’t serve it on a hot plate or with any side source that would allow you to consume it with ease. I made a mistake and should’ve sent it back instead I continued to eat it. I didn’t want to spoil the mood with my friend by sending food back, but that was a mistake of mine. A manager came to my table and asked me if I was happy with the chicken to which I proceeded by sharing that it was very dry and not very edible. He smiled at me and said he would have a chat with the Chef.. frankly they’re not going to do anything about this. It’s the same style of chicken that they serve again and again and again and they’re not going to change because they don’t care about the food if they did the chicken would be fresh and it would not be hard. The summary is that they don’t care about the food the food is poor and I wouldn’t go back there again. Chicken Korma ordered by my friend who is too polite to complain also said he wouldn’t order it again Avoid this overly hyped restaurant. Don’t waste your money

   Used to go to Blue Ginger long time ago 15 years ago and it's still the same great taste. Service was quick but could feel that they were stretched. Food presentation and taste is really good. Enjoyed all dishes especially Crispy Okra and crispy mushrooms. Definitely going there again for another family occasion. Prices were a bit high.

   Food is ok, pretty standard like most Asian fusion style restaurants, a good amount of choice though similar spices in most dishes I think (not a bad thing, just worth keeping in mind). One thing to note is the food comes very spicy, so if you, like me, find overly spicy food a pain in the arse.....ask them to make it mild Quite a big place, football shown if games are on, and beer is quite good value (though the food is quite pricey for what it is)

   One of the best restaurant where you will get varieties of Indian dishes. I went with few of my office colleagues and loved the food. It has ample parking facility, good ambience and amazing tasty food. Highly recommended!

   Been coming here for many many years and the food is always on point. Great Asian fusion options plus great Indian and Chinese options too. Nice atmosphere and family friendly restaurant. Staff are always helpful and polite and service is very good. They also have a big projector screen and TV screen around the restaurant showing the football. Big selection of beer and spirits. I think the main dishes are not as good as the starter dishes so we normally just order the latter. The sesame honey chicken, salt and pepper prawns and crispy lamb are delicious. Overall highly recommended!

   Nice place for an Indian, the menu has loads of different options and some things you can't get anywhere else which is nice. I have been coming for a few years now and the standard of food never disappoints however I have noticed some portions have decreased in size. Bookings are not required but I would recommend just incase the restaurant is very busy on that day

   Forget the rest, this curry house are simply the best! Consistently high quality, fresh, authentic and decent sized portions of food at every visit. Clean venue and toilets Great service - the waiters are always polite and cater for small requests (like less oil, less butter etc) and food is CONSISTENTLY fresh and tasty. Full menu available all day now (lunch menu was restricted before) Lovely big venue, huge bar, plenty of screens, private area can be hired (we did for our sons 3rd birthay - over 50 guests) 5 star food Hygiene rating Food comes out hot and fresh EVERY time They have a car park and outdoor area Best Chili garlic Mogo in all of London Nice selection of Vegetarian dishes They dont slap on 12.5% service charges on the bill like other places Only giving 4 stars because parking can be impossible at busy times and the prices have increased a fair bit and they charge extra for a few onions and chillis!
