Place was very quiet for a weekend. and portions were very small, the starters were poor value, 6 quid for two small spring rolls, the pork tomohawk was dry and the grill was dirty which meant it tasted bitter and burnt. Wouldn't go again.
Went here for evening meal after a stressful day and I honestly thought just a pub with pub grub. I was so wrong. It was more than that. The staff were so friendly and amicable I felt like I was in my local with people I had known for years instead of my very first time visiting. The clientele were lovely too and so welcoming to their local helping us find the toilets and order food. When the food came well that was amazing. Cooked to perfection. Steak cooked medium and perfectly cooked. Hats off to the chef who presented it lovely. Not a grain left on any plates with 3 of us dining. Overall honestly well worth going and was my first time but I would definitely recommend and would go again.
Nice clean pub friendly staff but food was bit of let down the Chicken tikka was watery with four pieces of chicken disappointing.
We love visiting this place! We go every week for lunch and find it be very welcoming and friendly. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is awesome! The menu is varied and when your food arrives it is always hot, tasty and plentiful - Jay, the chef, really takes pride in her work and it shows. I have a real soft spot for the desserts and they never disappoint. We will definitely continue coming to this spot as it has everything we could want or need.
Paid 40 quid for my entire order. Burger didnt come with onion rings, Fries were cold, portion was so small its laughable. I could literally see the bottom of the container, which itself was a small box. The portion didn't even fill the box halfway. Would you really have to close shop if every fries order was filled to the top of a SMALL container? I can't speak to their service dining in but their food delivery is abysmal. Tell me does the food listing come close to the pictures? Really disappointed.
Came here for lunch with the sisters before visiting some relatives. Kind of usual pub fayre. I ordered the salad...not really expecting much cos in my experience pubs and salads do not mix...but was I mistaken, the salad was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back and I've told anyone who would listen about the food

Our family went for my son’s birthday and we had perfect meals, well cooked, and beautifully presented. Faultless. And to top it off Sophie cotton who was serving us surprised us with this beautiful personalized desert for my sons 14th birthday. What a lovely thoughtful touch. Thank you Sophie. As always, we will be returning and I would highly recommend the Alt park. ❤️
