Have tried out other Harvesters before and they are all very standard inside so there's no surprises, you'll immediately know what the service and food will be like before you walk through the door. I think the main attraction of the Harvester group is the free salad bar which saves you the expense of buying a starter. They have a fairly new expansive menu giving you a greater choice. I tried out the Chicken tikka flat bread and it was very good value for money. There were plenty of tables free when we went in but I think it's always wise to book ahead. There is plenty of parking around the restaurant as they have their own car park and there's plenty more around the stores.

Poor , dirty tables and floors, kids meal inedible. Staff spent all thier time hanging round the kitchen door while tables were dirty and we waited to have our order taken . Couple next to us also complained and when the left the staff made fun off them. Tried to have a discreet word and got told it was because the chef had quit

My first time here and it was superb. Three of us, wife, one of our children and myself. Food was brilliant and fairly priced, lighting in particular was just right. We are all a little neuro spicy and the right lighting is very important. Helen in particular was a delight. Welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable about the product. My wife always asks for recommendations and not everyone everywhere can give an informed and interesting answer. Helen was all over it.

Probably one of the worst experiences of eating out we've had in a while. All started with a greeting from a rude manageress (having been ignored by staff for about 5 minutes) saying the place was fully booked, despite it being half empty (see picture). Went outside and managed to book a table for 5 minutes later but was told there was a fault with the booking system and that they were still fully booked. Anyway, despite their being "no tables" we were shown to a table in a pretty empty part of the restaurant. Food itself was ok, but the overall experience was very poor. Staff were complaining to us about working 14 hour shifts but this is not the fault of the customer.

First time visiting this Harvester, after a busy day Christmas shopping, we decided to get a quick tea before we headed home, we were greeted quickly and shown to a lovely table overlooking the kitchen, from the get go the service was amazing, all of the team were helpful and friendly. Especially Sarah who was looking after us, she was chatty, informative and very genuine and nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was spot on and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you!!

I've visited The Harvester Aintree on several occasions. It is without doubt the best breakfast I've had since Gary Wilmots wedding. As a Butcher, I can appreciate the value of good bacon sausage and black pudding! Everything here is cooked to order, is very hot and is plentiful too. The highlight of the visit for me is the quality of the surroundings and of the service. A young lady called Amy served me again today. She was super helpful, friendly and nothing was an effort for her. The entire Harvester experience is something I would recommend to anybody looking for good quality freshly cooked food, great surroundings and absolutely the best service you can expect to receive . If you havent been, you really must go.

Staff were nice and helpful. Had to wait a bit to be seated I think mainly because they were short of staff? Food took a while to arrive but food was good at the end. We had Calamari, Salmon Bowl and Half rack ribs. Harvesters is known for the unlimited salad which was great!

Are you looking for a restaurant to eat after hours of shopping? We visited Harvester Aintree Park for the first time. Harvester serves a decent lunch menu. We were seated within minutes upon entering the restaurant. Due to COVID19, the salad bar is not self-service. You will need to notify a waiter to serve you at the salad bar. We had a positive experience at this restaurant. The salad bar had a lot of selections, foods were served promptly, and the price was reasonable. The only thing that made us somewhat uncomfortable was, this waiter (Annie) took our plates away angrily, and the utensils almost landed on our arms. But, perhaps, the restaurant was busy or she was experiencing some personal issues. She could be friendlier to the customers.
