   CON ARTIST! IN THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN THEY CHARGE £15/HEAD and only make one batch of food, for the whole place!!! If you have not blocked access to the food before iftar you will be left there is nothing left but white rice!! Seriously look at the other reviews and you know you are dealing with an amateur!! Don't waste your money here!! Save your self the hassel of arguing with management who don't care!! Take your Hard earned money and spend it somewhere else

   Hired the venue room for a private family reception dinner. We were promised decor, a live band or classical music and we agreed the price per head (kids eat free). They ring us the day before and tell us that our event would no longer be private at which point it was too late to book anything else. We arrive on the day to find out they didn't decorate anything, there was no band or music, we had a small area of the restaurant blocked off but most of it was open to walk in visitors. There wasn't enough cutlery for the guests, there was only one waitress for 40 of us and the food was late. The menu items we agreed weren't all prepared and they had football playing on the screens. The place quickly filled up with football fans screaming in the middle of the reception? Bare in mind this is a wedding reception they absolutely scammed us. Then at the end they charged us above the agreed price and full price for any kids. DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT BOOK. Horrible service and horrible event.

   Do not eat here as the food is amazingly bland and the meat is not even cooked well. Service takes an age. Most people are just taken back by the strange decor and over look the food.

   Attended London Qawwali Night Event.Venue design is good. Waiting service was awful & very disorganized and unable to cope with large crowd. Tables had no menus, had to get up 3-4 times,ask 3-4 different people about taking our small order of 2dishes which arrived 1.5 hrs later, without plates to eat in, without chips or our drinks. Had go get plates myself, we ate but had no drinks. Had to get up & ask 3-4 waiters before getting water (still no drinks the entire time). It spoilt the experience as I might as well have cooked the food & served it to myself! They tried to charge us for full order even though we didn't get drinks!! Don't hire this place for your event!
