Just ordered take away via their app. 55mins del. Once again order doesn't turn up like before. Ring restuarant and isn't even done. Waited another 25 mins. Driver complains there are no numbers on people's doors. Get food out and its not even luke warm. Very very Disappointing.

Awful business. We ordered food. They left it 30mins to tell us they are too busy to deliver it due to a shortage of drivers. We are 5mins away so could have collected it. They didn't even think to ask and had already processed the transaction. The girl on the phone was impolite and rushed. Highly recommend you avoid.

Tried for the first time yesterday via UberEats, the portions weren't the largest, however the flavours were absolutely on point and + points for not being covered in oil. Will be ordering again 100%

We have been eating at Dhansiri be in the restaurant but mostly been a delivery since we moved to Ewell 4 years ago. Both in house or via delivery was always excellent and people we had staying with us used to come come compliment the food. Clearly the restaurant is under new ownership or at the minimum a new chef. Food has been poor, cold and the portion size has dramatically reduced. I originally assumed it was a one off but four subsequent orders has shown continual decline in levels. As I live in Ewell (West Street), I asked others if they were experiencing similar issues and it seems this is now the norm for most. Hope they are able to take the constructive criticism on board and return to there previous high standards. Until then, I like most locals I suspect will give it a miss.

On 31st August my husband and I ordered a takeaway. I can honestly say it was the worst Indian meal we have ever had. The Korma was overloaded with coconut but nothing else. The Baltic and Bhuna (both chicken) were undistinguable. The only flavour was watery tomatoes. There was absolutely no depth of flavour. In fact, there was no heat, no spice flavours. Due to the fact that we were visiting my son and had time constraints, there wasn't an opportunity to complain. Due to ill health (unrelated to the meal) and work commitments, this is the first opportunity I have had to write this review. Suffice to say that, when visiting again, we shall not be ordering from this establishment.

Great delivery service! Love the Onion Bhaji - large and crispy. Also recommend the butter chicken, mild but flavoursome. Sag aloo also very nice. Highly recommend! Thanks Dhansiri team

Friendly staff - walked in to order. Waited about 20 mins and food was hot. All very promising. However we ordered the chicken tikka masala and the butter chicken and although smothered in a rich and delicious sauce the chicken was DRY and tough. Big chunks of chicken breast that had been cooked far too long. I use thigh if I make it at home and it is always tender. I've had better chicken from a ready meal version. I was so disappointed as this is my local and I had heard rave reviews. We had the lamb biriani too and it was ok - seriously nothing to rave about and not much lamb. We also had a vegetable curry, which was very nice and the naan and poppadoms were good too. I wish I hadn't bothered with the meat dishes as these let our meal down. Unfortunately I won't be returning. A shame

3 of us went on a Monday evening. The food was surprisingly decent! Everything spiced really well and great flavours on both their meat and vegetable dishes.

We have eaten in here a couple of times as well as had multiple takeaways here the past year during the Covid lockdowns. It has always been a reliable choice and pretty tasty. Sometimes the flavours can be a bit hit and miss, the meat can be a bit fatty, and some of the curries are a bit oily, but on the whole, it's a decent option and it will stay in our repertoire of takeaway options.
