   I would definitely give -2 starts however google doesn’t allow for it. The worst place I have been around Raynes Park and new Malden The waiting time to be served is well over 30 minutes. Food services over 1 hour The food was served called no cutlery and another 20 minutes wait for it to come. Not to mention that I also have been overcharged. The place is extremely cold. I won’t ever return so far it was just the worst experience I ever had around. Not recommended at all.

   We celebrated a family birthday at this lovely restaurant, which boasts a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for capturing memorable photos. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. While the restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol, they do allow guests to bring their own at no additional charge, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn’t go quite as planned. Our orders were mixed up, and meals arrived at different times, which disrupted the flow of the celebration. The food itself was fairly simple, though this doesn’t reflect on the quality of service or the kindness of the staff.

   This place is amazing. Great portion sizes. Excellent service. Treated like VIP and all the employees have a smile on their face. Farhood's hospitality was splendid. He even gave us a drink on the house which was the cherry on top. Would 100% recommend.

   We had the cold mixed mezzo, karak chai and maqlouba- all were the best I have ever had in any restaurant. So delicious. Lovely atmosphere and great service from Amid. He really looked after us.

   Upon entry the decor is amazing! The staff were welcoming and friendly the whole time. We shared a hot mezze and it was so good! My boyfriend LOVED the Karak tea. The shisha was lovely never got harsh, great flavour and lasted a long time. Will definitely be back!

   Such a perfect place, I had the loveliest time ever. The food is amazing, exceptional. The entertainment was perfect. I have never seen anything like this in London before. Special thanks to sadaf, for her amazing service. Loveliest person ever, such a professional. Definitely recommend this place. 10/10

   We went for lunch on Saturday and had the cheese sambosa and falafel. The falafel was excellent, would definitely recommend. For dessert, we had the Kunafa which we enjoyed less. However the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
