We traveled all the way from Norway to eat at Kashmir. Ok, that's not quite true. I was visiting my parents in Wimbledon Park. But even so, I'm glad I took an Uber across to Putney to try this restaurant for the first time. I highly recommend the Pani Puri for the theatre of trying to eat the delecate liquid filled crispy balls without making a mess! And the Mirchwagan Lamb Korma. The lamb was melt and in the mouth tender and the gravy was rich and spicy, with the appearance of dark chocolate sauce. Apparently it's a special recipe that eschews tomato and onion, hence making it different to most dishes. The fish masala was great too, with lots of texture and heat. Overall fantastic food, quietly busy but relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Go for attentive service that is fast, helpful and never becomes intrusive. Kashmiri dishes that are powerful, spicy and unique to the standard selection at most suburban restaurants. And a bar that is not afraid of making cocktails. Thank you Kashmir Indian!

Great atmosphere, passionately prepared and presented authentic Kashmiri food. The restaurant has been tastefully designed and decorated to create intimate spaces for each table, a master stroke in restaurant designs. You arrive to be greeted by a busy well stocked bar/reception in a room filled with flowers, plants and foliage and youβre greeted by the cool as a cucumber owner Rohit. The seats are comfortable and the service is perfect. Itβs a place where you are not rushed through your dinner and in fact you really donβt mind spending as long as you can in that delightful setting. Kashmir has been mired with political strife in recent history but we all know about Kashmirβs unmatched beauty. This little london restaurant reminisces in all the past and present glory that Kashmir beholds. It makes you curious, and want to visit the Kashmir mountains!

Outstanding service! Great food and beautiful restaurant. Iβm from out of country and asked for recommendations to experience the best Kashmir has to offer. They provided friendly advice and our order was absolutely delicious. If you have questions about entrees, or pairings, just ask. These are only a couple of pics from the meal. All was amazing!

A really nice and cozy place with great ambience and the food was also good. The only complaint i have is reagarding the rogan josh it could have been more authentic, it tasted more indianized version of it rather than authentic kashmiri rest everything was perfect especially the daniwal korma.

Rich and aromatic flavours. They use mild spices. Good selection of starter options and mains. Portion size could be bigger. Overall restaurant has a good ambiance and classy feel to it.

Can safely say this is one of - if not the best - curry I've had for years. Absolutely will return. Utterly charming staff, wonderfully flavoured food, relaxed atmosphere...if there were a winning formula for a restaurant, these guys have absolutely nailed it. Thanks to the team!

This was recommended by a friend and it was one of the best indian food experiences Iβve had. The service was excellent and very good value for money! The staff helped us with some recommendations for starters, the lamb roganjosh was excellent as well as the lamb biryani (mains) and the naan bread! Will be back soonβ¦

First visit and really memorable. Love the lamb shank Korma, soft shell crab and the biryani. The place and staff were all so good. Well worth the drive from slough.
