   The best Tortilla branch in west London. I’ve been to them all. Staff are so friendly and even though it can be so busy there but they make an extra effort every time. With chains it’s the staff that make the difference- and I go out of my way to go to this one.

   Used to love frequenting Tortilla, haven’t been in a while. Delighted to learn it’s still delicious and filling food. Nicer burritos than at restaurants that specialise in them. Service by Urvi was really great, fast and pleasant. Impressed by the dining in options of Hammersmith too. Lots of nice space.

   Nice and friendly staff working here, generally nice interior with a good amount of seating in the back. Burrito was yummy although the chicken was a little dry. Toilets were the big let down here, no toilet roll or working hand dryer so I had wet hands with no way to dry them, and the toilet wasn't clean at all.

   I love this place! I have had burritos here several times and today I went for a naked burrito. It was amazing! The place is next to the Hammersmith underground. You may have to walk for a minute or two. It is easy to order, just tell them what you want, select your ingredients and you have your hearty meal!

   Very nice place with lovely staff, but there was something about the food that wasn’t up to scratch. I ordered a medium naked burrito but didn’t know you had to pay extra for some sauces. It was a bit weird, but you were basically charged for guacamole. No other burrito place has ever charged me for extra food. The burrito also was very bland, as if something had gone off from ingredients.
