   Hi everyone at Marantos, I wanted to say a massive thank you for hosting our Christmas social in the function room for approx. 50 guests on Friday, we had such a lovely evening. The venue was gorgeous, especially the Christmas tree and lights, and the selection of food and drinks was spot on. Everything was really good quality and great value. The food itself was absolutely delicious and went down so well with everyone. They were great at accommodating our various dietary requirements. All of the staff were honestly brilliant - so friendly, welcoming and helpful all night. Please pass on a big thank you to Stu as well, he was great and looked after us so well. Thanks again for everything, we really appreciated it and will definitely be back.

   Visiting from Canada and chose Maranto's over the 3 dozen restaurants on Lark lane. We weren't disappointed, the food and service was amazing. We had the apple walnut salad, calamari and the half chicken brunch special. Only negative would be that the washrooms could use a deep clean.

   We had a wonderful time here with a group of friends after few days of hiking in Lake District. We had a great meal here. The service was very friendly and professional. Delicious steak. Amazing Berry Pavlova :)

   Visited this place on the weekend. Staff lovely Place is clean Customer service is excellent Nice restaurant theme. However food was so bog standard and so poor quality. Steak very tough Potatoes hard in the middle Mushrooms practically raw £34 for this dish is daylight robbery. Need to massively improve

   Excellent service. Really wide menu. The large size pizza is great for sharing and I would heartily recommend the ribs as a starter or a main. Drinks are reasonably priced and the Guinness is always well kept. Been dining at Marantos since they opened. Never disappointed.

   Went here on New years a group of 16 people... including a person in a wheelchair.. the staff were amazing so helpful and accomidating the food was absolutely lovely.. the portion sizes were astonishing!! I had chicken and ribs! Can't wait to return.. still feel full!!

   Had a great evening, the staff were relaxed and not in your face. It was new year and the staff were wearing fancy dress, we were looked after by a little lady minion and a Freddy in his 'I want to break free phase' Fabulous food and drink, good times were had x See you again!

   Lovely place with excellent atmosphere. Bar upstairs and dining downstairs made the whole venue feel like a big, family get together. The staff were as attentive, professional and maintained a relaxed atmosphere. We were never without drinks or waiting too long for food. Food was generally of a high quality with good portion size for the cost. Plenty of veggie options to choose from. I had the cauliflower 'wings' to start (amazing and not too filling). For main I had butternut squash and crispy sage risotto (delicious, could have used more sage to break up the softness of the risotto a little more). Dessert was an oreo cheesecake (my own fault for being greedy, massive portion, but very tasty!) One suggestion to improve- The menu was super extensive which seemed to overface some of the people I was dining with- maybe a different format (book style with pages allocated to pizza, pasta, burgers etc). Overall one of the many gems sitting on Lark Lane, well worth the visit!
