We had the padak and the kimchi fried rice this time, and everything was good. The padak was crispy with a great sauce, but the highlight was definitely the bbq with mul-naengmyeon. This pairing was insanely good! Will order these again without hesitation.
Tried Sarang Korean Restaurant and had a great experience. We ordered the BBQ Set, pork belly, Cheese Dakgalbi and Cheese Tteokbokki. All super tasty and well-seasoned. The cheese worked amazingly well with both the chicken and the tteokbokki! The plum tea and yuzu tea were also perfect pairings with the meal. Definitely a place I’d come back to! 진짜 맛있어요. 감사합니다 'ㅅ'
Visited this Korean spot and had a fantastic meal with great service! Ordered the BBQ set, soju, padak,cheese kimchi fried rice and mulnaengmyeon. The mulnaengmyeon was absolutely my favorite – the cold, refreshing noodles in tangy broth were perfect, especially paired with the rich BBQ. The BBQ set was delicious with tender, well-marinated meat. Soju complemented everything nicely. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Korean flavors!
I ordered the BBQ set at Sarang and loved being able to try different cuts of meat along with a great variety of side dishes. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly by the staff right at the table. Highly recommend for someone who has never tried K-bbq since everything is done for you! The atmosphere was lively and made the whole K-BBQ experience so fun. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
Went here for a Christmas lunch and I must say the food quality is really good. I didn't expect that the staff would help cook for us which is quite cute. The downside I would say is the price. We had a set which was £27.99 and the portion wasn't that much. It was a set for two but we were still hungry. We had beef, pork, chicken which came with salad, lettuce and some small extra side. We had to order a chicken dish which was £14 as we were still hungry and it was slightly bigger portion than the bbq. They only have ice cream for dessert. I thought they'd have some nice Korean dessert or just different desserts in general. Other than that, the staff were really nice and welcoming.
An exceptional Korean BBQ place! Welcomed by friendly staff who took care of us throughout the entire culinary experience. The food was just delicious. I have experienced a variety of authentic Korean flavors. The ambiance of the place is very simple yet pleasant. Great food, good energy. Must visit. Ahh, and yet another thing... This is probably one of the few restaurants I have visited recently whose menu is adequately and reasonably priced. I will be back for sure!
The food, especially the BBQ set was absolutely delicious. They really marinated it in the right sauces. The BBQ set was £24 and is meant to be for 2 people but it was just enough for one person. They should make the amount more or reduce the price. The seafood pancake was also really good. The staff were very helpful and polite.
