   Having had many good meals here previously our last visit was a disaster. The restaurant was freezing cold, no enquiries about any allergies, service very slow, food was awful and no hot water. I think the restaurant may have changed management.

   Never again. They keep all their cutlery half a meter away from the toilet door. The food is mediocre at best, but yet not cheap. Honestly, I don't know how they survive.

   We ordered a takeaway to be delivered. When it hadn’t arrived over an hour later, we phoned to enquire where it was. The staff member said the driver’s car had broken down and it would be with us shortly. Half an hour later, with no food, we phoned again, and were told that the we couldn’t have refund as they didn’t know how to process it. Eventually, 2 hours later the food arrived, to be told by the driver that he had been sitting in the restaurant waiting for the food to be ready. They basically lied. We refused the food as we had eaten but never received a refund. A waste of £30.

   Wonderful service and delicious food we had this Sunday evening. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves. After speaking to the owner Sunday is a very very quiet time. I would highly recommend this wonderful establishment. They do not have a drinks licence so if you want alcy, bring your own. Fish tikka as a starter was amazing. Everything else delicious.

   Very poor service, previously quite good. This delivery had problems, l ordered mushroom bhaji which came as mushroom purée and the garlic was burnt, the onion bhaji was dense and had been re-heated in oil, delivered very oily the vegetables in the vegetable curry were soft as if they came out of a tin, and the Jaipuri curry also had the taste of burnt garlic and the chicken was so dense it needed to be cut with a knife. Probably the worst curry’s I’ve ever eaten. I’m not using them again, they really need to address the issues raised. I had to give a one star rating otherwise it wouldn’t post however it didn’t deserve even a one star rating.

   Me and my partner Jason have been ordering from this place for many years. The last few times we have ordered they have either got the order completely wrong or have made things undercooked and we have still been loyal customers. Never ask for discounts or anything but today is the last straw they did my partner’s dish wrong and instead of bringing a new batch and take the wrong one they decided to get their delivery driver to pick up the wrong order first and then bring my partner an amended one which we are still waiting for. Obviously we want to eat together so I’m now waiting to eat mine. What they should’ve done is brought a new one and take the old wine back instead of making us for their mistake. This will be the last time!

   I’ve been ordering from this restaurant on and off for 10 years as they are just around the corner. Previously it has been just OK and I’ve persevered as it’s convenient.However tonight my chicken tikka jalfrezi balti was more than terrible. Gloopy pre-made sauce with a kilo of onions to bulk it out. I’m not one just to leave a review so I called the restaurant and explained straight away. Of course they were apologetic but they should not be producing sub-standard food like this.
