Paid Β£11 for the so-called β€œmega breakfast” and it was a mega let-down. For that price, I expected something generous and well put together, but what I got was small, dry, and far from β€œmega.” To make it worse, the deal included a β€œfree tea” β€” but apparently not if you’re taking it out. At Β£11, the least they could do is honour that, sit-in or not. Overall, overpriced, underwhelming, and not worth repeating

Called by chance whilst on way to Hill Dickinson Stadium, so glad we did, food was excellent. Great staff banter. Highly recommended

The very friendly staff and delicious food make this a great place to enjoy what for many people is the most important meal of the day. I stumbled on it walking from The Titanic Hotel into town and then visited it three more times during my recent stay in Liverpool. While the area around the diner is in need of some clean-up and renovation, the Riverside Diner is always kept sparkling clean by its staff. The menu at this woman-owned business is extensive and very reasonably priced, which clearly makes it a go-to for many people working in the area. (If you are in a car there is plenty of parking on any of the side streets nearby). I've had a full English and a toasted sandwich among other offerings and have consistently been delighted with my food. One or two crispy hash brown triangles always made a great side item with my meals. Their opening hours are extended when Everton are playing at home (given the stadium is just 1/4 mile away), so do take advantage of prices which will be half as much - and food that is twice as good - as anything you will get in the stadium. I aways love visiting Liverpool, the Riverside Diner has given me one more reason to come back soon.

A great diner with great value. The Mega Breakfast is so much food and so good. I'm glad I discovered this little hidden gem.

I had the large Full English and it was great the food was hot, the cafe is clean tidy and well looked after. The staff are all nice and polite, this will be my regular place for Full English Friday while I'm working locally. Full Marks.

A classic cafe, had full English and kids had bacon and sausage barms. All lovely. Friendly staff and nice clean cafe. Biggest cafe menu I've ever seen. If we pass we will come again.
