Popped in for a quick bite with family. Staff made a fuss of the kids which as a parent is always good. Was served by Charlie. Knew his stuff and was able to talk is through allergens. Nice atmosphere, decent music. Return today for a quick bite between meetings. And well, still the same good atmosphere and food was on point as always. Can take a while as some others posted but in my opinion, what an extra 5 minutes wait if it comes cooked right.

Basic pub food, its ok, nothing special. Dont go for draught beers, they dont know how to look after them and normally taste a bit rank. Stick to the keg based stuff preserved by the CO2.

Popped in after going out for a birthday meal. The 2 doorman were extremely friendly. But thats where the friendliness ended. Never been to a pub before and been served by 3 miserable bar staff. Manners cost nothing and was a real put off. But atmosphere inside the pub was great.

Just had an amazing lunch here with my partner. The fish was as good as you can get in any chippy, the pie was also very good and cooked to perfection. Harry on the bar, he was really friendly and welcoming and Hope in the kitchen, she clearly knows how to cook. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went on a Monday afternoon so obviously the place was quiet. This pub is somewhat bigger than you'd expect from the outside, the pub is spacious inside with an outdoor patio at the back. The staff are friendly and the toilets are clean as too is the cleanliness of the pub. It provides plenty of large screens which is good for watching football or other sports. The food was pretty standard pub stuff at decent prices.

We visited this pub yesterday and the whole experience was fantastic! Really friendly staff, excellent service, great atmosphere and lovely tasty food. Thanks so much to Emma in particular and the team for being so welcoming and helpful! We could not fault the service and will definitely stop by if we visit Coulsdon again in the future!

Disappointing. I popped in here the other night for a quick pint whilst waiting for my bus. The atmosphere was very lively and inviting and the staff were lovely. But I was incredibly disappointed that my Peroni tasted like chemicals. They had just changed the barrel but one of the bartenderβs refused to exchange/refund it as I was told he hadnβt had any other complaints about the taste of Peroni. My pint was first poured after the barrel change so not sure if thatβs why, but absolutely disgusting service from this young man. Every other member of staff was very nice though. Wouldnβt recommend it as it can be full of kids on Friday and Saturday nights!

Popped in for lunch, place was fairly busy but food was out in good time, and tasted very nice indeed with good portion sizes, there was an array of drinks on offer with a some great ales, the place was very spacious yet warm and inviting, the Manager Geoff and team were very attentive too, look forward to returning

Took my wife and five kids here the other day. Nice pub, food was great and it was a good atmosphere. Seems like the new management has turned it around.
