   Absolute scammers ! Ordered a curried chicken and was telephoned to say that they didn’t have that (typical) and that they would send me something else. I said I didn’t want anything else and to cancel the order (have done this with many other restraunts using just eat) but the lady on the phone said she couldn’t lol and that they will send me something else like I’m not paying for a specific meal. Imagine going to the shop for cigarettes and the shopkeeper tells you that you have to take washing up liquid instead lol avoid these scammers

   Was promised a refund via a man working there who called me on receipt of my online order- was told they could not fulfil my order as out of stock for two portions of hard food and that they would sub one portion and refund the other but never received it! Plus, delivery took 2 hours!!! Food was tasty but they really need to work on good customer service- really lets them down.

   Authentic Jamaican food full of flavour and spice, one of my favourite places for real jerk chicken. The only thing I can point out is that they should have bigger portions of their chicken and fish.

   Ordered jerk pork and rice...opened container to find stone cold jerk pork on top of hot rice . Warmed up the pork it was ridiculously dry and not edable. I will most definitely not eat from here again

   Superbly tasty food, value for money meal deals, Portions excellent but do not come with rice, So depending on options, the deals are nice, consumed all in a few gulps unaware of the good amount given, not excessively scotch bonnet hot and fuming, Service rushed and the stress seen.    It’s about the 10th time I order for this place, so far it was ok, but today’s order really let me down, the meat was dry over cooked , didn’t taste good at all, the fried plantains were dried. And looked old like they were reheated in the microwave , not happy at all with the quality today.

   Tasty yet inconsistent. Ordered a large oxtail and rice, got more rice than anything else. Ox tail is mainly bone so to not get more than 7 pieces is shocking Very inconsistent when ording, sometimes it's swimming in gravy, It's a local place so I often return because the flavours are great and the staff are friendly when they are in the right mood. Not sure why the large is just a large rice rather than a large meal overall.

   To say I'm upset is an understatement. I asked if there was peppered prawns and was told yes but they are Deshelled. I said that's fine then asked if they are king prawns like normal and told yes. What I got was peppered shrimp. This used to be my fav Caribbean restaurant so much so that I have moved but traveled from south east London for this rubbish. Lost a customer here.
