   Came in on Saturday with my friend because we was out for lunch. The dining area was awful food everywhere table dirty asked the guy on front to wipe table he said give me 1 minute and i do it for you then i Waited over 10 minutes for my food table service i must add. The poor fella on front counter couldn't go any faster there was a full screen of orders and more people ordering with quite a few table service orders with delivery's aswell. So under staffed and whilst subway seemed not so busy and more staff didnt see them once to come out clean but the guy He was super friendly and apologised and think he was a manager. Saturday around 12:45 food was amazing though couldn't fault chips red hot and burger was hot just the wait shouldn't be that long for fast food. And the other venues like gregs and subway need to take responsibility and help out burger king not fair thanks ellen

   Absolutely disgusting service from the staff, My order was One Stk house Crispy chicken (without bacon and 1 extra slice of cheese) waited for 20 minutes for them to prepare the order and then they gave with with bacon in it even though I clearly said no bacon as you can see on the receipt Then they agreed to replace it and guess what happened on the second burger there is no extra cheese for which they already charged me £0.80 No Sorry no apologies whatsoever from the guys in the counter they don’t absolutely care. They are like If you want to eat you eat otherwise you can just leave.

   First whopper I have had in over 30 years and was so good really tasted the grilled meat I had the spicy mayo double whopper and the chips were actually chips and good ones to all. In all. Definitely worth going again

   It’s a good location inside the petrol station. Four self tills and a staffed till, food was quick and actually hot. They accept the app in here unlike the A55 location beside Travelodge.

   Always a pleasant experience visiting here & the food is consistently good - the staff can often be rushed off their feet but they somehow still manage to always remain calm, efficient & friendly towards customers.

   Part of a fuel station and truck stop. Have been to better burger Kings. Staff need to have more attention to cleanliness, floors could so with more regular sweeping, and tables more frequent wiping down. Food was hot, tasted ok. Staff polite.

   Great friendly service, food was tasty, hot and fresh. No queue in store and the wait for my order was only a matter of a couple of minutes. I ordered at the touch screen counter which was clean and responsive, the seating area and counter both looked clean and well kept. My only niggle was the cost of the meals, at just over £25 for three regular meals with soft drinks that left a sting but its the same at all similar locations due to convenience. Overall the team are doing great, me and my family loved the meal! Worth a stop by
