   Roots – 5⭐️ Experience Roots is an absolutely outstanding place. The venue is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The customer service is exceptional — the staff are genuinely polite, attentive, and always serve you with a big smile. The food is incredible: full of flavour, fresh, authentic, and prepared with real care. Every dish feels like a celebration of taste. And of course, the highlight — the shisha. Mubarak is truly number one when it comes to shisha. His skills, hospitality, and attention to detail make the experience perfect every single time. He listens, recommends, adjusts everything to your liking, and creates the smoothest, most enjoyable sessions. His customer service alone is worth the visit. Honestly, Roots delivers on every level.    Absolutely excellent! Attentive and friendly staff, perfect food. The sea bass was truly delicious and very good portions at a reasonable price. So glad I discovered this place and cannot wait to return and try other dishes. Even on a busy Saturday evening I appreciate them being able to seat me and my friend as a walk in.

   My father’s 65th birthday and the booking was for 20 people including children. The atmosphere was lovely and clean , especially in the bathroom. Staff showed patience’s with the size of the group and children. Food was cooked well and very filling, which some family member's have been before and the large group didn’t affect their standards. Definitely would again. We had starters and mains, which was plenty and still had take away boxes

   The grilled meat was okay. Customer service was okay, and the juices were too sweet and lukewarm. They weren’t enjoyable at all. This was my first visit, and I left still feeling hungry after ordering a mixed grill meal and a starter. The rice was bland, and the pitta bread was cold. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back again. The only reason I gave this restaurant more stars is that one of the waiters really made us laugh, and I appreciated his humor and kindness.

   It's a got a good vibe and great staff to dine in, the food was perfect and the shisha was a great finish. The outdoor area is still covered with heat lamps so even in the cold and rain it's not an issue and it even has music that you can control. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for lebanese food.

   I have been struggling to find a good Lebanese place to eat at. Finally law and behold in the heart of Streatham is a Lebanese food haven. The place is beautiful but most importantly the food is absolutely delicious. A true authentic, fresh Lebanese menu. The meat was sensational!!!! The customer service really knocked it out of the park! I recommend this place! Their shisha lounge is gorgeous too!

   Wonderful food and fantastic service. Can't recommend this place highly enough. We enjoyed the mixed shawarma business lunch and milkshakes, both were delicious. Great ambiance and decor will be coming back for dinner very soon.
