   Been planning to visit this place for years and decided to bite a bullet, and what bullet it was. Food was delicious, fresh, tasty and exactly what I wanted and expected. Went for sea food for both starter and main, only downside were veggies for main but it's not a biggie, octopus was superb. Dessert was tasty and great finale for this visit. My server was quite distant, not sure if it wasn't her day or that's her personality. Again, not a biggie, she's helped with some choices. Very small toilets. It was quiet day and not many people around, maybe I should have visited at late afternoon, I know this place gets quite busy, just to feel atmosphere. What's most important is food and Maria's Kitchen delivers on that front, prices are affordable too, was surprised I can get octopus for 24 quid. Highly recommend, will visit again for sure.

   Family restaurant, the chorizo soup was too salty for me, but the salted cod in potato was heaven to me!!! The seafood rice was lovely. The main dishes were generous portions. Thank you for a lovely meal.
