Had a brilliant experience. I had to give the waitresses my positive comments. The place was full of clients too. Service was quick, Rum Punch was real rum punch.. My steam fish reminded me of JA.. Please keep up the good work. It makes a difference receiving excellent service from a jamaican black business.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented with incredible flavours. Everything was spotless, and the staff were polite, friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Our personal waiter, Trayvaughn, provided amazing service and brought great humour to the table, making the experience even more enjoyable. The seat we were placed in was nicely tucked away, offering a bit of privacy, but the back support was quite uncomfortable and could definitely be improved. I was also super impressed by the number of young people employed at this company; they carried themselves with professionalism and confidence, which added to the overall positive vibe. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. We will definitely be returning!

The food was on point - we had the lobster platter, jerk wings starter, mac and cheese, sweet fries, plantain and skinny fries. Cooked beautiful, flavourful, no need to add salt and pepper. Friendly staff, ambient atmosphere, gentle reggae music playing in background (not too loud). Booths and open seating available. Outdoor area looks decent for the summer months. Spoke to the chef - definitely cooks with love, care and attention. Would highly recommend. Some would say it’s pricey although I’d say you get what you pay for and don’t regret the £130 bill for 2. We had 4 cocktails (2 each) which are house specials they were delicious, not too sweet and not too strong. A perfect balance. So happy we came, will return next time with the family and then again with friends. It’s a local gem, beautiful decorated inside…I could go on but I think you get the point! 2 happy customers. Thank you

Had a wonderful time at YahSo!! We booked a table. The food was on point, we had Ackee cigar (spring roll make with delicious ackee) & a callaloo (superior spinach) version. The spicing was excellent! For mains we had fish dishes… soooo good! Great portion sizes & sides of fried plantains, sweet potato fries & ripe avocado. Hmmmm, so tasty!! The birthday celebration that came with the dessert topped off the great caribbean decor & vibes… made the evening. Nice music. Highly recommended

My husband, younger son and I went to this restaurant this evening to mark his (my husband's) birthday. I must admit, when he suggested going to said restaurant, I had my "reservations" based on the terrible experiences I've had with some Afro Caribbean/African eateries However, we were pleasantly surprised when we were warmly welcomed by staff who promptly seated us. Within minutes, we were handed menus and our ordered drinks arrived shortly after that. Our food orders arrived promptly followed by staff frequently checking on us to see if the food met with our satisfaction. We cannot thank the staff enough for their lovely hospitality and the lovely experience. Long may the success of this establishment continue!

Yahso, food is well-cooked and tastes nice, good size portion. Cocktails are strong. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The only drawback I found with them is the service can be a bit slow even to order a drink. Once they improve on that, they'll be on point. No parking, you will need to park on the side road on a meter. Worth a visit.

We came here for my brother-in-laws birthday. 5 adults and 2 children. The staff were attentive and responsive. Half-way between the apathetic legend of staff in a Caribbean take-away and the normal waiters and waitresses you would get at, say, Zizzi’s. Drinks came first. The ginger beer was a favourite but the apple juice was a write off. I had a Pina Colada which, despite having a glob of cream on top, had been mixed in the blender with ice and so was watery and weak. After speaking to a lovely waitress she remade the drink, shaken not blended. It was better than the original but not something I’d order twice. The prawn starter was delicious. Delicate flavours and perfectly cooked. The children loved their mains of BBQ wings and Macaroni and cheese. Our fussy eater finished her plate and was licking her fingers. Those that had the half jerk chicken (half a chicken not half jerked) said it was well cooked but the pepper in the sauce was overwhelming and killed the flavour. They wished they had asked for the sauce in a side dish. Chips were fresh and tasty although, strangely the sweet potato fries were very salty. The place is beautifully decorated and the ambiance and atmosphere is lively and friendly. Although my first visit wasn’t great I would come back as I know what things to ask when ordering my food and drinks to ensure I enjoy them

Great place, music is fun and has a party-on-the-beach kind of feel to it. The waitresses are busy serving everyone, but didn't forget me. The food tasted authentic and was delicious. There are lots of mocktails too, for people who don't drink. I recommend this place. Very lively, even on a Tuesday night!

Excellent Caribbean restaurant. Cocktail was on point and plentiful (rum punch with ginger beer). Starter was delicious (prawns and pulled jerk chicken). I had sea bass main which was cooked to perfection with vegetables, rice and peas, plantain, mac and cheese. My daughter had lamb chops main. Caribbean crumble and ice cream desert. Wasn't cheap, but the saying goes you get what you pay for and on this occasion it was certainly so. Will definitely be coming back and recommend to others. Customer service on point too.
