Second time having Eritrean/Ethiopian food. We had the vegan platter which was very tasty. I have no idea what each of the individual dishes were so that would have been good to know. Chef and host were really lovely people. Very casual and inexpensive place
Rather poor quality of food. The meat was overcooked and dry. The portion is also quite small - another dish came with just two baby drumsticks. Only the stew was alright. Overall it appears the cook has given up.
The best meat and vegi dish all in one. Reasonable price accompanied with excellent customer service. I often eat in and love the food and the place. It goes with Asmara beer.
Wanted to try something different so found this Eritrean restaurant. The food was an delicious blend of flavours and spices. Staff was very friendly and received and explained what it what. Would love to come back again at some point.
Food was great, portion is big, and stuff is really nice
Our first visit to Brixton and we accidentally found this place while looking for a restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff so friendly, it was an all round great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone. We had the vegan sharer platter for 2 which was a great selection of dishes and more than enough food.
