We booked on first table so had 50% off. The French onion soup was nothing short of sensational and I would come back for that alone. The duck breast was also delicious but it came with vegetables that were almost raw and too far from Al dente. It’s also very expensive. Β£4.50 for a small bottle of Coke Zero is insane. Staff were lovely though and a cosy atmosphere.

Authentic French dishes, fresh ingredients and tasty flavours. Very good ambience and easy to have conversations over meals. Would come back.

Absolutely fantastic! I’d always wanted to visit this cozy French spot in Covent Garden and it truly exceeded my expectations. The slow-cooked beef cheek was one of the best I’ve ever had melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The waiter was so friendly and gave great recommendations for both food and drinks, which made the experience even more special. The decoration made me feel like I was in France, adding to the charm. Such a lovely evening overall, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Can’t wait to go back!

Although the food was good, we received such a poor welcome and service.. This French restaurant had a fantastic reputation back in the days and we were excited to have a nice quick meal while shopping in the area. Prices are mad...over Β£100 for 2 (one main course each and a glass of wine!!), service was so poor to a point the manager in charge did not speak to us once...until she took our payment..."have a great day" !! The waitress seemed to be the only one really working that day. The food was good, tasty and well presented...but not exceptional. There were spelling.mistakes in the menu. This was a disappointment....

Fantastic evening and great service from all staff. The food tasted exceptional and definitely worth the visit. Mussels to share along with a prawn cocktail. The bread and French butter to soak up the sauce. The butter was 10/10! As was all foods. Atmosphere was lovely, staff were attentive, decoration on point. Great wine choice. I was enjoying myself soo much i forgot to take pics of the mains.

Food was absolutely fantastic! The mussels, tartare and French greens - 10/10. The waiter was also super friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back!

Amazing food. Lovely decor. Love the dumbwaiter and ticket system. What makes it even better is that it is family owned and operated. We had the pork shank, duck leg and scallops and shrimp. All simply amazing and perfect. The mixed salads were huge for only 4.50Β£. Highly and strongly recommend this restaurant.

Great food, but the retro decor has gone beyond cute and into scruffy. The French onion soup was a great traditional dish, the sea bass was fresh and delicious, but the bread and butter felt like it came from a supermarket. The whole decor felt aged in a bad way and the toilets smelt horrible and were awful.

Bread, escargot, tartare beef, escalopes, Kir royal, wine Domaine Berthoumieu Madiran. All very tasty. Onion soup too sweet. Too much cheese. It seems like the soup has been cooked for British. It’s not exactly the original like in France. Service awesome. The lady who has serviced us was very nice, very helpful. She’s got a good sense of humour, as well. It’s not exactly France in London but we’ve spent an excellent time and probably we’ll return to the restaurant. Merci beaucoup, Mon Plaisir.
