Absolutely lovely meal. The two people who served us couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The food was spot on in quantity and taste. We shall certainly return. Thank you.
The service is really bad and they haven’t even served water even after asking. There’s only one lady to serve everybody. They haven’t got enough staff to serve customers. Really bad customer service and taking long long time to serve. I am adding up the replay for your replay. I haven’t said wrong on the food mate. I said customer service is really bad. Taking long means is taking long to take order and took long to serve water. There’s no agenda if you check the camera please check how long staff took to take order?? There was only one lady to take? I think you replay about the fault caused. Once again it’s not an agenda check the mistake and improve
The bestest experience in everything. The food was sooooo tasty..... especially the starter chicken 65. Fish pollichathu, prawns fried rice, chatti choru and parotta beef curry was soooo tasty.... Though they told we need to wait for the preparations. The wait was extremely worth. Much appreciated with customer service and kudos to the manager for attending us recommending the best.
Amazing! I'm a vegan and was looking for vegan Indian options, they offered to make me a vegetable tikka masala (vegan) even though it wasn't on the menu which was really kind. And it tasted delicious!!! Honestly the best takeaway I've had in years, I'll definitely come back.
Absolutely delicious curry set menu, friendly and accommodating staff on top of a nice atmosphere. Food was served relatively fast and hot, as well as the jug of mango lassi for the table
Place was very busy on a Saturday evening. The drinks arrived quickly. The starters arrived quickly. Then we were ignored for 45 minutes until the mains arrived. Don’t get me wrong, the food was magnificent but the customer service was shocking.
My family and I visited a few days before Christmas to dine in and we're all thoroughly impressed. Great vegan/veggie menu and their spicy curry actually satisfied the spice addict for once. Lots of authentic south Indian dishes on the menu which makes a nice change from a usual curry menu.
Excellent menu and wine list. We had a lovely evening. The food was excellent and they coped elegantly with my allergy requests. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All good. We'll definitely be back.. Would highly recommend.
I am a vegan, and so fussy with what I eat, however when I explained my requirements to the staff, they bent over backwards to help me and made me the most delicious dish ever! You can tell that all the food is made fresh, and not frozen and then pinged in a microwave! It’s the best Indian restaurant around and I will be back! Thanks so much from The Torpeys
Food was amazing as usual. We arrived at our table at 7. We got drinks, one at a time, by 7:45. We had poppadoms and our actual food arrived at 8:45. They were not busy in the restaurant but they seemed to just be concentrating on take away food. Not very good for those of us sat in the restaurant. If we hadn't been with family who'd travelled we'd have walked out.
