Got my order and you missed the pepperoni and cheese dipper and my crisps. The garlic bread I ordered is dry and has no flavour to it. I am extremely disappointed with this

Ordered for delivery. Order was completely wrong even though correct order was on the reciept. An easy mistake to make. When I called the shop to resolve the issue no one answered my repeated calls. Eventually someone picked up the call but didn't speak, this was deliberate so that when I called back afterwards the line was busy! Absolutely terrible customer service. The original issue could have been easily rectified. I will not be ordering from here again!
I love a mouthwatering 12 incher . Firm but soft , dripping in sticky salty sauce . But yeah anyway had a salad bowl from here last week . Decent
3 stale subs out of 4 manager no help said the bred was baked fresh this morning it was 13:30 so been sat around for a while dry bitty breaking up bred lovely 20 quid down the drain
Standard Subway fare, usual offers and menu. Service ok though not much customer interaction or personal touch. Food was good and atmosphere nice inside. Rather small seating area, bit cosy. Generally seemed clean though table needed a wipe when we sat down, which we did ourselves. Might have expected server to take the hint and come over to give it a wipe. All in all it's alright though.
