I booked Peckham bazaar for my 26th birthday lunch for 15 people and it was FLAWLESS. The food was incredible and so nice for sharing - no dish missed the spot (although the chicken souvlaki, flat breads and dips, courgette fritters were stand out!). Beyond this, the staff made the experience the most hospitable and lovely I could have ever dreamed of (special shout out to Tim who made my day so so special!). Honestly I rarely leave reviews but this was the best experience and I’m so grateful. Thank you!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a birthday lunch spot with friends!

My favourite meal of the year so far. Peckham Bazaar delivers an incredible tour of the Balkans in one sitting, with grilled dishes and mezze that are full of flavour and beautifully balanced. We shared fluffy pitta with a dip, followed by chickpea croquettes, beetroot with whipped mizithra, grilled tiger prawns with Greek orzo, pumpkin and Parmesan manti, and a standout stuffed globe courgette. Every dish was spot on and clearly cooked with care. The atmosphere was warm and buzzy even on a Monday night, and seeing the chef grilling in the open kitchen adds to the experience. A true neighbourhood gem and a must visit in Peckham.

I absolutely love Peckham Bazaar - I have been a few times over the years and went yesterday for lunch with friends. The food was all excellent, great sized portions and the flavours made me feel like I was on holiday in Greece! Gorgeous restaurant ambience and great service. It was my first time sitting inside and it is quite small so definitely book in advance - there’s spill over onto the heated terrace but it was special sitting inside. They made space for our pram and they also allow dogs! 10/10 will be returning again and again

Very good indeed. Highlights are the flatbreads with taramasalata, the chickpea croquettes and the pumpkin dumplings. Excellent and unusual wines, charming and knowledgeable service. We didn’t have room or time for pudding which means only one thing- we’ll be coming back!

Food here was very nice, good quality and well cooked. Some very nice star dishes. I enjoyed visiting here, book in advance as availability isn't great on the day when I wanted to go. Had to get an earlier meal but that was a Friday night.

Food was delicious, really great flavors and pairings. Bread lacked olive oil and turned out dry and not great. Average cocktails. The service demonstrated real organizational flaws. We arrived at 9 and were seated on the terrace (inside had an open kitchen and was oppressively hot). When we ordered they warned us that dishes would come out staggered, we were still not expecting to wait up to an hour between the main dishes. We had to ask repeatedly for water glasses, cutlery and napkins. At 10:30 on the dot, having still not received one of the mains, we were abruptly told that we had to move inside immediately as they risked a fine. Given the hot atmosphere inside and the bad service we preferred to leave. The servers while nice enough talked back and tried to oblige us to stay and wait for the last dish. Having worked in service for years, I can understand the stress that bad management can cause. There was not an unreasonable ratio of tables to staff so I think some simple organizational changes could allow the delicious food to remain the memorable part of the night.

Unbelievable food and setting, such a hidden gem. However after we ordered we were completely forgotten, we ordered 5 dishes and they only brought 3, then brought the wrong main and never brought the other two mains which we really wanted. When we told her she’d forgotten the last two we’d been there for 2 hours and were so tired we didn’t want it but instead of letting us decide they rushed it out and so we had to pay for it. No apology and we had to ask for the missing meal to be removed. They didn’t clear our empty glasses or offer us new drinks. Such a shame considering how unreal the food was !

The first thing to praise is the atmosphere, authentic interior and low key music create an immediate buzz. The menu was great, every sharing plate we ordered was delicious and it was reasonably priced to top it off! Highly recommend!!

Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in London. Every dish is unique, flavorful and interesting in its own right. The date molasses ice cream and chocolate tart is probably the best dessert dish I've ever had too. Overall 10/10 every time and can't wait to come back again soon
