   Had an amazing experience with Muhammad Ehsan. He was so polite and friendly, and also just an overall great server. Would come back just for him! The food is also exceptional. I got the grilled cheese with two beef patties and loved it. Ample seating too!

Plus, Muhammad Ehsan was super friendly and provided great service at the till, making the whole experience even better.    First time at this place, visited with the family the food was top notch, the burgers were amazing everything was spot on. it’s a great place will be back for sure. Muhammad was extremely helpful and kind, really looked after us. the rest of the staff were great too. really enjoyed the experience.

   Five Guys is an absolute delight for burger lovers! The burgers are incredibly delicious, and the best part is that you can customise them with a wide range of toppings—there are no limits. The portions of fries are generous and freshly made; even the little burgers are quite substantial, so I can’t even imagine how big the regular ones must be! The only downside was the milkshakes, which I found to be a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a satisfying meal, and I highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

   Quality burgers (2 patties by default) and fries. All food is made fresh on site every day, unlike other establishments that rely on freezers. The portions are large with most fries in the bottom of the bag as the small portion cups are too small! Nice touch to offer free nuts while waiting. Service is thorough repeating everything you want on top of your burger as you build it from scratch, and all toppings are free with options such as grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. Free parking. Not cheap, but quality comes at a price, and you will not leave hungry!

   I don’t know what is the hype about this place and all the fancy signs and quotes about this being the best burger place. Maybe in the US but not in London for sure. The burger is mediocre the best , dry and burned and the fry over salted. I did try 2 location in London and both produced the same result. Overpriced as well, go to any other fast food even McDonald’s. This one particularly has a bunch of other places right next to it like Pizza Hut or Wagamama.
