   It’s always a pleasure to eat here, especially in such a beautiful old building that has been so well refurbished. The food is consistently tasty, well presented, and enjoyable every time. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Dining at the Nando’s branch in Enfield Town is always a great experience.

   I had an excellent takeaway experience at Nando’s Enfield Town, and it was entirely down to Gabriel. His customer service was spot on. He was friendly, efficient, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything was correct and handled smoothly. The whole process was quick and seamless, and the service felt personal rather than rushed. That level of care really stands out. That kind of attention to detail isn’t common anymore. Gabriel absolutely nailed it.

   Took friends from abroad who were vegetarian and vegan so menu filled the bill. Burgers were delicious if not a bit messy to eat. Chips were cold but they replaced them so that was good. You know what you're getting in Nando's and reasonably priced for what you get. Good customer service.

   Poor experience. Firstly said we couldn’t order at the tills but had a voucher card then they opened the till. When ordering kept getting the order wrong. All drinks on both machines were flat and no change was made or apology given. Ordered just after my friends on the same table but waited 40 minutes longer than them!! They’d finished 15mins prior to receiving our food. Food was then dry and barely warm. Then waited 25 minutes for a brownie my friend ended up going downstairs and he came back with it himself no service provided. 5 other customers waiting for a refund but had no time due to work. 2 1/4 hours there in total! Will not be returning

   The service was good, but the glasses, forks and knifes were very dirty and the tables as well, the drink tasted like water! Also the chicken was dry , and the food was falling apart. This was a bad experience, I will not come here again!

   The food is immaculate and the service is impeccable. Even though we had experienced an altercation with our order completely unrelated to the staff here; the manager Gabi was absolutely amazing in resolving the issue and providing us with excellent customer service. No complaints whatsoever.
