   The service was really friendly, the guys on the floor were clearly busy and told us it would take a while to get to our cocktails so offered free beers instead. Food was fantastic and filled us up. Nice interior and not too loud. Price was decent. 5 stars!

   I had an amazing experience at Imm Thai Fusion in Beckenham when I visited for my friend’s birthday dinner. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The waiters were genuinely personable, attentive, kind and incredibly helpful, their service really added to the evening. The food was absolutely superb. Every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. It tasted so good that, even though I dined in, I couldn’t resist ordering a takeaway for others to enjoy at home! And the topping on the cake was when they sang happy birthday to my friend and presented her with a dessert, I couldn’t have asked for anything more…. Thank You! Imm Thai Fusion has definitely earned a spot as one of my new favourite Thai places, and I’ll absolutely be returning. Highly recommended!

   This is the worst place ever, customer service skills are appalling as we walked in and was told we would be seated for dinner as the kitchen doesn’t close until 10:30pm, then a staff member comes out and tried to put us off by saying their is a long wait time for the food, we said don’t worry we can wait as we really wanted to try their food, then he comes out again with excuses that the chiefs don’t want to cook anymore food and therefore would be unable to seat us. Time is 9:30pm and the kitchen closes at 10:30pm. We are a family of 4 people. We eat out as a family at least 4 times per week, and I have never experienced such an experience from any restaurant in Beckenham and I’ve eaten at most of them. Never again, very unprofessional establishment.

   Service was 0/5 genuinely. Ordered a vegeterian starter was brought a meat one. Waiter also messed up our mains (he had confirmed what we had ordered). On top of getting everything wrong, the service was so slow. Food was 5/5. Had vegetable tofu red curry and chicken massamman curry which were delicious. Wouldn't come back unless it was takeaway.

   Food was very good and delicious. However a massive let down by the service. We were at the table at seven and our food only arrive just before 9pm. This after continuously asking for our food. We will not be visiting again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone either.

   The first time visiting this restaurant and I was pleasently surprised. My friend and I went out for a catch up meal, we were greeted by a very warm waitress and our waiter was very polite and kind. The service was amazing, answering questions and also happy to mix up a mocktail for me. The food came beautifully presented and tasted lovely. I would say the only down side is there is only 1 toilet but it was clean and easy access. The tom yum soup tasted amazing and the noodles I ordered were exactly what I wanted. My friend was very happy with her choice of rice and Thai green curry. Will definitely be returning!! The waiter was a young gentleman who was very friendly and kind, means alot to have great service!!

   We had dinner here on a Thursday evening and were very pleasantly surprised. The service was very good and fast, all waiting staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was absolutely delicious. We have recommended it to family and friends. Location is very convenient too. We had a meal for two including drinks, starters, rice and meat/curry dish came to around £62, Inc service charge, which we thought was very reasonable for the amount of food we ate. Will definitely be back dining in or for take away.

   Nice food (depending on what you order) but extremely slow and busy service. Things to order which were good...the duck, and the weeping tiger rib eye steak. The green Thai curry was bland with not much flavour, ratio of curry to content inside was not good either. You were left with a bland soup after eating the chicken inside. Desserts are appalling and took forever to arrive. Even the ice cream look 30mins+
