I came to Le Querce with my mother who has coeliac disease meaning she cannot eat gluten without it causing her significant discomfort and pain. This usually means that finding reliable, good quality italian food comes with great difficulty and she rarely gets to eat it at restaurants. Le Querce accomodate well for gluten-free options, allowing all pasta dishes to be ordered as gluten free should you choose. The food we had was extremely high quality, fresh, and well prepared. I had the Buratta starter, my mother the aubergine parmigiana, and we both had the beef ragu main, each accompanied by a glass of red wine. The wine was dry, tasty, and well priced The atmosphere and service at Le Querce was top class, attentive staff ensured your needs were met and the room was adorned with colourful decorations.

We had such a fabulous meal back at le Querce tonight. It’s been a couple of years since we came, even though we live locally, and it’s as good as it ever was. We started with the burrata, caponata and nduja, along with the bread, Parma ham and grilled pecorino. Both exquisite. The handmade samphire pappardelle with prawn and nduja was divine, and it was a very generous portion of sea bass with crushed potatoes, cooked to perfection. For dessert the pear frangipane was excellent but the highlight was the homemade ice cream and sorbet. The chilli ice cream was good enough to write home about. Our kids each polished off a pizza, which were also top notch.

Lovely meal! Great service and lovely chilled atmosphere. Highly reccomend this lovely restaurant! We had the cream cheese Sardinia bread (carasau bread), the burrata, ravioli, steak, and Samphire prawn and nduja pappardelle. And for desert we had the chocolate cake, lemon sorbet, berry , pumpkin and amaretto, and rhubarb ice cream. All Devine!!! Thank you for a lovely meal!

Ordered some Pasta take away and I guess I should have specified I wanted tomato sauce. Basically was just plain gnocchi with a few bits of crushed tomato. Will be more specific if I try again. Esp as it’s a bit pricey at Β£14 and the portion was small. Staff were lovely and atmosphere was nice though.

A delightful local gem with fantastic imported ingredients and an authentic feel to the menu. Rustic decoration and service - but incredible quality - would highly recommend

One of the - if not the - best local restaurant in this neighbourhood, in my opinion. The food is always gorgeous, freshly made and inventive with a long list of daily specials, and the home made ice cream and sorbets are worth a visit themselves! Lovely staff, good value set prices for 2 or 3 courses - every time I leave I'm planning my next visit! Nice little deli section as well.

Convenient and clean neighborhood grocery store serving some pastries and bread too aside from fresh vegetables etc. Coffee was decent.

The ravioli and polenta dishes were out of this world! Everything else was very good. The range of ice creams and sorbets were delightfully unique (e.g garlic!) yet somehow they worked. Highly recommend.
