This was our first take out from Zinga and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The positives: the food was delivered quickly on a Friday night, the rice was fresh, as the naan was very nice. However, the mains (Zahir Special / Chicken Special Tawa) were non-descripe. The 'lamb' was 100% mutton (and tough) and the chicken was bland. Both were cut unusually in large slices. This was the same technique for the peppers and onions. It feels like everything had been done for speed and cheapness. And the level of oil seen on these dishes was absolutely unpresedented! I've never had to take bleach to my sink after preparing a takeaway. To top it off, the chips were hard and shriveled up like they had been cooking all evening. Sorry Zinga this was a poor show.

Fabulous local Indian restaurant. Visited many times over several years and never had cause to complain. The food is first class and portions generous, the staff are attentive and helpful. My first choice for Indian food in my locality. Give "Zinga" a try, you will not be disappointed. There is a midweek menu; 3 courses for under £14 - Bargain!!! Mike.

Popped in as haven't been for such a long time. Restaurant was fairly full, and atmosphere quite jolly. All tables were clean and well spaced. Shown to table and menu provided. Owner reminded us that they were unlicenced and if alcohol was required the off licence near by was open. The staff were very attentive. Meal was really good, well spiced and really flavoursome. Prices very competitive. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Zinga.

Haven't been here since before covid. How glad we did, the service was good. The taste and quality of the food was great. Also, the interior makeover was lovely..

BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS, AWFUL LAST FEW TIMES. OWNER WAS RUDE WANTED CASH ONLY, PULLED A FACE AND QUESTIONED WHY I WANTED TO PAY BY CARD. FOOD NOT GREAT AND NAAN BREADS NEED COOKING PROPERLY.

Really poor quality!! Tasteless watery curry, the chicken was awful.. That has to be the worst curry I’ve ever had! Never again!!

I ordered, via just eat, 3 different main courses and 2 of them tasted the same. All of them looked like watery soup that had a few pieces of meat in. No onions, tomatoes just red water. If it hadn't been so late I would have sent them back. An absolute disgrace to deliver this and think it acceptable. Have you got a new 'chef' I use the term generously.

New favourite indian. In fact… the best I have had. Nice flavoursome curry and meat is tender and not fatty and delivery time is always fast! I don’t like too much spice but the Balti is lovely and tasty instead of just too hot like some others
