Came across this place on Instagram and decided to pop in last Friday. Very spacious and they’ve got extra seating upstairs too. The place has a modern, London-style vibe, nothing else like it in the Wirral. Service was impeccable, with great recommendations and really attentive staff. Honestly, this is probs my new go-to spot for Indian food when I go back up north. Can’t wait to visit again!!
Walked into Royal Bengal to photograph the space — and left convinced they don’t just serve food, they set a scene. Black and gold chairs, a ceiling blooming with pink flowers, and that soft neon glow against a lush green wall… Every corner is curated, every table invites you to linger. Didn’t try the food this time, but with 4.5 stars and over 150 glowing reviews, it’s clearly more than just a pretty face. Will definitely be back to taste what the visuals promise.
Our first visit to Royal Bengal and won’t be our last - the food was delicious, reasonably priced and ready to pick up on time despite being a busy Saturday night. Thank you, we’ll be back!
One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The food is extremely good and the service is amazing. This restaurant has the nicest member of staff. This restaurant will definitely see me again.

First time visiting the Royal Bengal restaurant and definitely wont be the last!! A true hidden gem!! Amazing service from all the staff who couldnt do enough for us, with a particular mention to Raj our waiter!! Such a lovely fella, polite, courteous and very attentive! Food was amazing, piping hot and full of flavour and really great value for money!! Cant wait to return
Lovely food (only had the vegetarian options) and really good service (it was a Monday night!). Highly recommended, as good an Indian restaurant as any in the Wirral.
