   Unfortunately, the restaurant was extremely busy, which meant the service wasn’t quite up to par. It took a while for my tea and starter to arrive. My main (a vegetarian dish) took so long that I eventually had to ask for it to be packed as a takeaway. The waiter apologised for the delay and explained they were running behind because it was busier than usual. That said, the food I received was fresh, tasty, and the portions were good value for money. I’d eat here again, although next time, I’ll try to book for a quieter time.

   Sen is always one of those comforting go-to restaurants—when you want something tasty, filling, and reasonably priced, this place delivers every time. The portions are generous, the flavours are satisfying, and you always leave full and happy. Starter Goi Du Du with Prawn (Green Mango Salad) They call it Goi Du Du on the menu, and yes—it’s a Vietnamese-style mango salad with prawns, served with prawn crackers and lettuce. Light, tangy, and refreshing. It’s a great way to start the meal, and the prawn crackers add a fun crunch. Main Bun Ca A tomato-based noodle soup with chunks of fish, soft fish patties, and plenty of herbs. The broth is light but flavourful—comforting without being too rich. Really satisfying if you're in the mood for soup noodles with a twist. Bun Cha Ha Noi This one features vermicelli noodles with honey-glazed pork belly. The pork belly was beautifully cooked—tender, sweet, and melt-in-your-mouth soft. Paired with fresh herbs and dipping sauce, it hits all the right notes: savoury, sweet, and refreshing. Sen is a humble, no-fuss Vietnamese spot where the food always feels like a warm hug. If you're after something comforting that doesn’t cost a fortune, this is a great pick. Tasty dishes, good portions, and that "just right" feeling.

   Lovely new restaurant in Surrey Quays that have an amazing 2 course lunchtime deal! Summer rolls, salt chilli crispy tofu, beef stew and chicken curry was our order and it was so unbelievably tasty! Their Vietnamese coffee is by far the best one we’ve had in London!

   Great viet place in Surrey Quays that we walked by! We initially were going somewhere else but couldn’t help but stop to check out the menu:) everything looked super authentic, the taste was great, the service was really nice and the price are super affordable! We really enjoyed it, absolutely recommend!

   Highly recommended. You cannot miss this restaurant & bar on the main road. I am so glad to have a Vietnamese restaurant with authentic meals in the neighbourhood. The food was amazing! Great and tasteful portions. The staff was fast and helpful. Nicely done interior.
