Food is OK but I have had the wrong order three times so this time I called to see why this is the guy was so rude and alls I was trying to do is inform them so they can fix the issue. But would not listen and was rude about it so I will just never use sabs kabab house again

Kofte kebab was burnt and the cheese burger had no cheese. They're usually pretty good, but not on this occasion.
So myself and about 7 different family members order from sabs weekly sometimes 3 times a week. I’ve just placed my order and they sent it to the wrong address. I clearly altered the address before ordering but regardless they sent it to a different address. After waiting over 1hr 15mins I called sabs and he told me it was my error and under no circumstances was he going to fix the error they made. Sabs will most definitely feel this now as we will all boycott his business. This is very poor customer service in general but especially for someone who spends a lot of money there. DO NOT order from here as they have no standards when it comes to customer service!!!!! Very poor

Food was dreadful, ordered a large chicken kebab and it must have been a small beast of chicken. Asked for no salad, came with salad, 25mins late, miserable delivery guy and all the food was greasy and tasteless. I won't recommend.
Ordered from alot in the past unfortunately won't anymore. I ordered a kebab bap on Friday and was very sick for 2 days after it definitely food poisoning. Also the driver went the wrong address and could not find us.
