   We just had a takeaway from this restaurant, we haven’t had curry this tasty and fresh in a very long time! Great portions, lovely flavours and affordable, definitely great value for money. We got the Lamb Bhuna & The Lamb Tikka Massala! Amazing!

   I always order from here so I was very shocked and disappointed with the food received on 15.08.2025 I came within the last hour of them closing so by the time my food was ready and I got home it was too late to call and complain about finding an unwanted guest in my food, bearing in mind i actually took a bite of my food to look down and see that which actually looks like it has been cooked into the food I have attempted to resolve this issue twice, the first time I called and spoke with someone who straight away put the blame on me stating I left my food out which was incorrect and not the case at all, I was the ran off the phone and advised to contact and speak with the manager, I then went into the restaurant to attempt to speak with the manager again and the same guy I spoke with on the phone ran me out of the restaurant again fobbing me off stating to speak with the manager tomorrow All I want is this to be resolved as I actually enjoyed eating from here but will not anymore no1 due to bug in my food but secondly the customer service received by staff at this establishment

   Dishes are extremely tasty and well cooked, with nice subtle flavours and spices were not overpowering. I found the medium prawn puri, Mehek special (inc cauliflower bhaji) and Mehek delight fully tolerable with my delicate stomach and would recommend you try this place if you usually have intolerances to heavy spices. Price is also very reasonable as £20 was enough food for 2 people (or me for 2 days). First order was very slow 1.5hrs but I've now adjusted my rating as they delivered within the estimated timescale for my 2nd order.

   Food looked great we were just about to take a spoon out of the vegetarian curry which comes with the chicken biryani and there was literally white hair/fur. Called the restaurant and they insisted that “this is impossible our staff members have dark hair”. Told them none of us have light coloured hair and it literally came out he then asked me what should i do now i was like tbh I'm put off id rather have a refund he was like cant do that you've taken it out Disappointed with the way they treated us didn’t even say can we cook something else was happy to take it back to them as it was NEVER AGAINNN FROM MEHEK

   I don’t normally write reviews but after seeing this I am not happy. This was my second time back I initially ate in the restaurant this time was take away. My food was burnt all of it I had to throw away £16 worth of food. By the time I sat down a realised the shop was closed !! Never again
