Very popular venue for the 40ish plus age group. Very good location and all stall are very efficient and friendly. Suitable for singles, couples and groups. There is a very popular reasturant and bar combined in this building.

I hired the Grand Suite at the New Inn for my 60th birthday party with 110 guests. Everything was perfect! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thanks especially to Aimee who ensured I was able to set up decorations etc. early in the day. The room is beautiful with a lovely big dance floor and nice big tables with plenty of seats. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Great air conditioning in the main room on a very hot night was very welcome! My guests were all extremely impressed with the venue. Thank you all the staff for making everything work out so well - brilliant!

Had an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Adele, she goes above and beyond. The beer garden is a real highlight – spacious, well-kept, and perfect for enjoying a drink in the sunshine. There’s plenty of room to spread out, and it never feels overcrowded. If you’re planning a gathering, they also have a private room available for hire which is perfect for events or celebrations. Overall, a fantastic spot for great food, great service, and a lovely setting. Highly recommended!

Came for a quick drink, first visit. Old huge building but smart modern interior. Great choice of drinks at reasonable prices. Service was good. Small beer garden at the front, huge smart beer garden at the back. Good available with a seated dining area.Overall a really nice place and worth a visit especially on summer days.

We had a great time here as a party of 10+ the other week and came for the Sunday roast. The food was delicious and we would definitely come back again. The three little desserts come with a choice of hot drink and were delicious also. The roasts come with a side of vegetables not pictured, but it came with cabbage, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower. Furthermore, their cauliflower cheese was devine - would recommend ordering some on the side! I would advise booking as it can get busy. My only qualm would be that we had asked for extra veg/potatoes and we were forgotten about. Once we had asked again midway through our meal, they had brought it out at the very end - around 10 minutes after we’d all finished eating. However, it was very busy on this day and we were a large party so orders can get lost/forgotten, so this didn’t ruin our experience and we would still come back again. Staff apologised regarding this issue and were very polite throughout our dining experience here. We will definitely be back as it was great!

Light lunch at the New Inn. Had a couple of pints of Tribute. Bar person called manager over after drawing off what was probably the first pint of the day, in my opinion always good to pull the beer that has been in the pipes overnight before opening. Had a Cajun chicken bun, bit more spice required for my personal taste and slightly overcooked on one edge. Generally quiet and pleasant experience. Been before and will go again.

Went there for Parkinson Users - Group Xmas Meal. I think it's part of the Pub. It doesn't look that big. But did manage to seat about 40 of us, quite spaciously. Bar nearby. Clean toilets. I would recommend - to hold events there. Friendly staff. Only little negative point is - the food was of small proportions? Thanks.

Well turned out with tasteful decor. Good beer, had the London Pride on this occasion. Ate the sausage and mash which was a little disappointing as not enough sausage and was only luke warm. Friendly staff though.

Me and my wife held our wedding reception at the New Inn in their upstairs function room and we had a fantastic experience throughout. Matt and Amiee worked tirelessly during the day to help everything go as smoothly as possible. Even when some of our dinner guests were delayed by over an hour Matt was able to flex dinner plans around us on the fly. All the food that came out was delicious and hot despite the delay and a good portion size too. All of our guests commented about how yummy the food was, especially the Seabass. The whole team were really accommodating and communication was very easy. We couldn't have picked a better place to have our reception. Thank you!
