Absolutely Outstanding! Ruby CafΓ© is a hidden gem that delivers the best quality food with a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every dish is prepared with care, using fresh ingredients, and the flavors are simply amazing. Whether you’re stopping by for a coffee, brunch, or a relaxed lunch, you’ll always leave satisfied. What makes Ruby CafΓ© truly special is the relaxed and friendly vibe, thanks to the lovely Sam, the owner, who manages everything with genuine kindness and professionalism. She goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, friendly service, and a place where you can unwind and feel good. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I have recently started coming here on Saturdays during our daughters dance class and have to say it’s quickly become an absolute favourite thanks to the wonderful, genuinely friendly service and absolutely stunning food. The atmosphere is very chilled and cosy with a fantastic but subtle soundtrack playing in the background. It’s a place to genuinely relax, switch off a bit and enjoy the moment in sumptuous surroundings. The service is fantastic, nothing is a problem and everyone is focussed on making your visit as comfortable and carefree as possible, whilst also being genuinely friendly and delighted to see you. If the service and atmosphere are 5/5 stars then the food would be 6, its amazing value for money, absolutely delicious, incredibly well presented and generously proportioned. There is so much on the menu we want to try as every time we see someone else’s dish we have to add it to the list! I’m really not sure a review can do Ruby Cafe justice, so you will just have to try it for yourself to see how fantastic this little gem really is!

Sorry to give a not very good review, but I was disappointed with Ruby's. The good part was the lovely 2 young ladies taking food orders : ) so they get the service 4 stars. And my daughter enjoyed her lunch of Ruby Favourite. But my salmon and cream cheese sandwich had dill, which I hate (not mentioned on the menu). They did offer to make it without, but I was honestly surprised by how small the sandwich was with the tiniest bit of salad. Certainly not worth Β£6.90! So I just had a cold drink. No ice, though, had to ask. Lots of items on the menu included spicy harrisa and chilli. It was better with Mo when it was hayes St. Kitchen.

We went for coffee and cake today - the best coffee! Food is cooked fresh and is really good too.

I just paid Β£4.05 for a regular decaf latte with oat milk. That is really too high for a pretty standard takeaway coffee in my opinion and pretty sure the only time I've broken the Β£4 barrier. The price on the menu was 2.95 but apparently 1.10 extra for decaf and oat milk...I want to support local places but give us a chance...

Very clean, beautifully presented. Sandwich was excellent (fully stuffed), good coffee prepared just as I had asked. Air conditioning!! Which, in this hot summer, was wonderful, but outside tables also available if you want to watch the world go by. Close to other amenities. Very recommended.

I had the most amazing salmon! They were a generous amount and were played beautifully. Couldn't take any other pictures because everyone was so hungry and dive in the food. Service was friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Breakfast is highly recommended and especially for Muslims like us, we had the choice of the Bespoke breakfast menu where we can choose what we want.
