   Ordered on deliveroo tonight. Ordered the halloumi kebab, my favourite. But you sent a wrap.instead!! I don't really like wraps. How and why?? : (( Had to get a refund from deliveroo. Update.4.5.25 Thanks for your rather sarcastic reply. I didn't phone you because it was getting late and i was so hungry!! What an awful way to treat a regular customer of many years. Its uskadar chislehurst or JD 2 for me in future.

   Yesterday I was craving a good kebab while on my trip to London. Decided to stop at Hayes Kebab store and I was blown away. I honestly never had such good kebab before. The meat and fries were perfect! When I walked in I was surprised how clean everything was and the staff welcomed me with kindness and respect. I usually never write reviews but while sitting in front of the store I wanted to see what others had to say, noticed this store needs way more support that is why I also took these pictures. I can’t wait to return to London and hop on a train to come for a kebab. 10/10

   Popped in for some food on Sunday evening & it didn't disappoint, I haven't been here since just before 2020 but the food is still perfectly cooked, fresh & tasty as always. Thank you for a nice dinner Hayes Kebab. Service was very good, staff are welcoming, friendly & polite. Definitely be coming back again soon.

   Just had the nicest kebab again, from Hayes kebab. Everything is so fresh, very good portion sizes, very enjoyable and full of flavour. The boys that work there are so friendly and welcoming, we’ve never had a bad meal there, it will always be our first choice of kebabs. 10 out of 10

   Just ordered from them today and they got one order completely wrong, used far too much salad in another and to top it off I’ve never had a chicken wrap with so little amount of chicken. This place use to brilliant with customers but now it seems the staff don’t actually listen as this isn’t the first time they gotten an order either wrong or mixed up

   Nice chips and pitta and good service, the staff were all very friendly. However, it is a bit expensive. For example, when i asked for my order the guy replied "no pitta, you have to pay extra for pitta, i will put the chips straight in your mouth". He then proceeded to pour boiling hot gravy into my mouth, i didnt even order gravy, i wanted chips in pitta.

   Usually order online. Today i went in for take away. Ordered large kebab meat and large chips. Will not be returning after this experience. The food both chips and meat tasted stale. Chips dry, cold and tasted as though they had been reheated and meat tasted dry and old like yesterday's kebab. Inedible! Had to bin it. Hope I'm not sick from the bit I tried to eat. Yuk! Pretty disgusted not to mention disappointed.

   This Turkish run kebab take away is without question the tastiest kebabs available full stop. The staff make you feel like family, the food is incredible. Try the combo’s Chicken and lamb shish or the cofte. A1 every time. Don’t forget a pot of chilli sauce!!
