   Ordered a chicken burger for 12£ and received it black and burnt. I had to remove the charcoal black pieces since it was inedible, I can’t believe a burger restaurant is unable to properly cook a burger. 2 stars though since onion rings and sweet potatoes were fine

   The burgers are as good as they always have been; very good. The price, however, can't really be justified in this day and age. Add to that the lack of meal combinations/deals, and you have yourself a quiet, clinical chain restaurant in the middle of Bromley. My bun was unusually dry this time around, the type of dry where you'd consider dashing it to some seagulls to fight over.

   Always a great tasty burger to be had from GBK. The service here was good too, the ladies were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely return to this site again as, the Fulham Broadway and Dulwich branches are far out from where I am now.

   Favourite spot for burgers in Bromley, typically for takeout. Only real down point is they don't tend to have my favourites stocked regularly, their onion rings are great but I've only gotten them once as every other attempt they're out. Price range is pretty good for the size and contents, specials are good too. Service is usually pretty hands off once you have made your order, depending on who you are, you may prefer that or not, I tend to prefer it.

   I went at Lunchtime on a half-term Thursday, only one other table was occupied. I followed the instructions on the sign and waited to be seated but I was completely ignored. When I stepped further inside I was seated and greeted by quite a friendly person. You can view the menu, order and pay from your smartphone. The staff member was kind enough to watch all my shopping bags while I popped to the loo. The toilets were not that clean considering the place was practically empty. My food arrived promptly, it tasted fine and was definitely hot and fresh. It's average, if you're hungry and you like burgers pop in.

   Thursday night and restaurant in Bromley was quiet but I did choose to sit at the front where it was empty. The welcome from some of the staff was a little flat and felt like a conveyor belt. No draught lagers on tap despite two being on the menu. A little disappointed.

   Well designed Burger house with lots of options. Allergy friendly menu. Service not the very best and is due to low staffing. Food absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Loads of individual Toilet cubicles , Disabled toilet and baby changing facility. Good atmosphere overall.
