   The food is alright. The garlic BBQ flavor is delicious. The Cole slaw is very saucy but the flavor is pretty good. The Mac n cheese is not good, unfortunately. The portions sizes are good. Prices are reasonable.

   My spicy rice was extremely hard and dry, almost like bullets. They did replace one serving of rice after I made a complaint, but my son's butterfly chicken breast was so dry that he almost choked on it. Even the sauce couldn't save it, and there was no offer to replace his chicken. I wouldn't even give it to my dog. Really disappointed with this Nandos.

   Not having been to a Nando's in years, we thought we would give it a try. Service was friendly and the chicken burger, salad and corn were good; the cider a bit sweet but very palatable. The noise level was very high and we were by some way, I think, the oldest people, there but clearly it was popular with those born this century. We probably won't go there again but don't let me put you off.

   It’s a nice place to sit and eat, seating is fairly good and staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food. They do come and check if everything okay about food which is great. I would recommend this Nando’s. There is parking available at the St Marks Squre

   Truly shocking. No chicken, no chips, no garlic bread, and next to no customer service. Staff were too busy arguing amongst themselves to serve the food sat on the side. They even sent my meal to another table — while I waited 40 mins for them to recook my order! Waste of money, waste of time.

   Ordered a takeaway again this week via Deliveroo as I am having a new kitchen fitted so I currently have no oven. I ordered a 1/4 chicken. Normally 1/4 chicken means breast of chicken with a wing, sadly this was not what arrived. It was the smallest piece of chicken they must of had in the restaurant. I’ll be completely honest, there was more bones than chicken! No extra sauce was provided either when normally they always do. I don’t know what happened today but the food was not at all how it normally is. When I brought it to Deliveroo’s attention, I was told there was nothing they could do as it’s to do with “how the food was prepared”. As everyone knows, Nando’s isn’t a ‘cheap’ takeaway, my order today came to £65+. I’m very disappointed with Nando’s and Deliveroo. I will for sure not be getting another takeaway from Nando’s Bromley. Extremely disappointed!

   Good ambience, clean and presentable staff. Our food came quite quickly, I did notice a little hiccup with the order, and the manager wanted to rectify it immediately. Great service overall.

   Every single time we go they’ve closed off half the restaurant so everyone is packed in like sardines, despite them still being open for another 3+ hours. When asking to sit in the quieter part of the restaurant due to sensory issues and struggles with the noise, we were told no. Not very inclusive, especially as 10 minutes later more people came and were placed in the spot we asked for (same party size). Always a long wait to be greeted at the door too. And while staff aren’t rude they aren’t particularly welcoming either. We waited over 45 minutes for our food (we were told it would be 20 minutes). I!”n the past when this has happened at other nandos we’ve been offered complimentary dessert or starters. However, I have to say when the food did arrive it was really good. Our neighbouring tables were all unhappy with their food but ours was lovely. The tall guy in the red t-shirt was really friendly too.

   Nandos... New Menu Tasting Sunset Burger, Spiced grains and Butternut squash, Rainbow Slaw and Peri Chips. Good Customer service , Fast cooking and Table service, Excellent cooking standards. Follows Excellent Covid restrictions, regulations, Hygiene, Cleanliness, Health and safety.
