   I’ve visited this location again today. While all the members of staff were nice and friendly, one lady caught my attention one time more, as she always stands out by consistently going the extra mile for customers. I think her name is Robyn. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble for her, and she handles everything with calm confidence and a friendly attitude. You can really feel that she takes pride in her work. Can’t wait to come back

   I had the pleasure of being served by Renata, and she was truly exceptional from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile, was attentive without ever being intrusive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive. What stood out most was her genuine kindness and professionalism. She made us feel incredibly welcomed. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond so naturally. Because of her excellent service, our dining experience was absolutely wonderful. Renata is a true asset to the restaurant, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I will definitely be coming back—thanks to her!

   So this was a bad idea. Unfortunately the customer service was poor. Left at the door after booking a table and made to wait, whilst the restaurant was largely half empty. Slow service we had to hunt them down to order. The infamous salad bar was mostly empty, people complaining, understandably. Waiters and waitresses moaning about how bad things are. Place wasn't great, especially for the prices, which surprises me as on the pricier side for the quality of the place. The food itself was not great. We will never return.

   My boyfriend took me for dinner and we had a really nice experience. Nice restaurant next to the canal, we colud go and sit outside after our meals. We had been served by Clinton and he was brilliant, checking on us if everything is okay, if the food is okay, he was very professional. We really appreciated his effort. We came here before and we will definitely come back in the future . Highly recommend the place if you are around.

   Came for a Mother's Day treat and an early breakfast. Managed to book a table quickly on line. Menu choice was extensive and was tempted by the Harvester Ultimate Breakfast but decided on a traditional full English and Chicken Bacon and Waffles. Even got a "Happy Mothers Day " from our waiter

   For food was lovely and the service was very good, the young lady that served up was really polite and friendly and nothing was a problem for her . The prices are very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend a visit!

   We enjoyed ourselves. Staff and server were lovely . Salad bar was fresh and well kept tidy. Food was nice, they were patient with our kids. A lot quieter than most harvesters we been to, we enjoyed that.

   This place is a hidden gem. Last Sunday I visited this restaurant for the first time together with another couple (which recommended the restaurant). We didn't booked a table in advance and being Sunday afternoon we were a little bit worried that we might not get one but somehow they were able to squeeze us in. We even got the chance to choose a different table ,away from the Sun than the one out waitress suggested. Waiting time was reasonable,food was delicious and service impeccable. The waffle I was served is possibly the best waffle I have ever eaten. Delicious!!! The only down side of this experience was the ladies toilet which needs refurbishment. Is unacceptable to walk in and find mould and water infiltration. I would strongly recommend some renovations.
