   First time ordering here and after seeing the reviews I thought I'd try something small first, I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls and I've finally found a place that does them right. The chicken ball is crispy but soft inside and the chicken is not dry or overcooked, the batter is a little sweet and it had the perfect texture and taste, and not greasy at all. The sweet and sour sauce was equally sweet and tangy as it should be and not watery. Thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward to trying more from the menu next time.

   Ordered food from here. It tasted ok but I ended up feeling quite unwell afterwards. Turns out they have a hygiene food rating of 1 so will not be coming back I can say that much. Hopefully they manage to get the rating back up.

   Use to love this place always was my favourite but I ordered this evening 1st time in a while and food was way over cooked.. I think there's new staff or cooks? I love fact they give free spring rolls but yeah last few times food hasn't been great so I think I'm going try somewhere new next time unfortunately.

   we have many times bought food at this restaurant - mostly duck - and it has always been very good but last time we ordered the duck, we were disappointed as there was quite a lot of fatty pieces - today we again ordered the duck and was very disappointed as it was all fat and greasy, for us it was not edible, there was no meat - so had to go in the bin and we had to the order elsewhere. I do not know what has happened to the restaurant as in our opinion it has gone downhill over the last few months. I have been calling the restaurant but unable to get an answer, as i wanted to inform them and get a full refund but as I was not able to contact them, I write on here instead. I am also contacting my card company for them to claim the money back for me.

   I was having a very over heated moment when I got there (as a lot of us ladies do) , the lovely behind the desk pulled out a box of tissues and a bottle of water for me, what a wonderful gesture, she could not be more caring, and the food, it was delicious.
