Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered baby tandoori chicken and biryani — the food was clearly stale and smelt awful, like it had been cooked days ago and reheated. The chicken leg in the biryani had a strong rotten smell, completely inedible. The so-called tandoori chicken tasted old, rubbery, and nothing like fresh chicken. This isn’t just about poor taste — it’s a serious hygiene issue. The food quality explains why the place looks unhygienic. Selling stale chicken like this is dangerous, especially if people are feeding their families. I had to throw the entire order straight into the bin. Total waste of money and a serious health risk. AVOID this place if you value your health and fresh food.

Bought chicken biriyani because I saw there £2.99 offer on the window. It’s a scam don’t go! They give you not even 1 piece of chicken. As you can see in the picture that’s all the chicken I got not even a bites worth. You’re paying £3 for basically a box of rice. You’re better off buying rice and cooking it yourself. No deal whatsoever, it’s haram to lie and do this to your customers they should be ashamed !

Been craving Mobeen from the time the brand was in green street when I was young, it’s more a of sentimental thing going with my parents as a kid, anyway moving on food is nice decent price can’t fault them. Chicken biryani was nice, got it for 2.99 which is a steal well worth it. The chicken sheek kebab £1 each is fresh and very tasty and packed with flavour. Also ordered a large lamb curry for £11 very tasty and nice unfortunately didn’t take a picture of it but it’s nice. Well definitely visit again!

One of my favourite childhood memories is going to mobeen for a kebab roll - it was one of the best treats and it’s nice to see it still tastes as good as ever. The kebab used to be £1 of course through inflation it’s gone up to £4 and now the only option is double kebab- so that’s still a good price. The sign is still the same and the board looks to have never been revamped, many would call it dated but you know what? I love that. Please keep it the same

The owner and the other guy I believe to be his son, likes to overcharge you. Do check your change and receipts before leaving.

Went to this place to remind old Mobeen restaurant which was located in green street. Thought the food and atmosphere would be the same but upon first impression restaurant is very small maybe 3/4 dinning table are around. Ordered double kebab roll and meat samosa total cost was £4. I remember in old Mobeen the kebab were made freshly but not today boy behind the counter just microwave the entire food which was luke warm and also not had same taste as it use To be. Samosa was good size with full meat filling but it be great if it was a bit warm. Overall food is good value for money but I think they if owner and managers go back basic old way would be much pleasant for old green street customers.

Service was good like old traditional Pakistani restaurants but Masala in their curries are so heavy not prefer at all for daytime because I tried others places in area they are still ok but this place always busy making fortune and they do take cards payment too.

Excellent food and great prices, been coming here for 20 or so years, the interior of the place could do with an overhaul, it looks like the original decor. Kebabs and Naan bread etc is made directly in front of you and it's pretty quick service. Parking is only on the side streets.
