The food became so bad after the renovation of the restaurant- wondering if they have changed all chefs and ingredients. The cloudy lemonade was as sour as vinegar, the wok fried greens were burnt, the steak soba had the steak overcooked and hardly chewable, and the type of βsobaβ (not to mention itβs definitely not authentic Japanese soba) has changed to a heavy alkaline tasted type of noodles. The food was delicious and the waiter Molly had great knowledge regarding the food. We were a little disappointed the Pad Thai was no longer on the menu but then Molly helped recommend great vegetarian options for me which tasted amazing. This will be on my top list for ramen now. Also, Molly was great with accommodating my friend with giving colouring books for her baby and giving her a decent table to breast feed. We really appreciated the good service and amazing food. Molly was bubbly and friendly and we hope she serves us again.

The Best thing about this Food place is the Hospitality and Service. The Food Service is quick. The only thing which disappointed me was the Ratio of the Ingredients in the Main Dishes. The Meat and Seafood used in Dishes is very less as compared to the Price. The quality of the Beef Steak in the Salad was not good(Too chewy). The Starters are good though. My Favourite 'Grilled Vegetables'in Garlic n Soya Sauce. Overall, it was a good Dining experience.

Delicious food. Great service. Julieta served us and was friendly and helpful. This time I had Pad Thai salad - pic on the placemat helped make the decision. Hubby and son had different dishes (canβt remember what- but they thoroughly enjoyed them!) but only took pic of my own!

We visited here for a family meal and the food was up to the usual Wagamama standard and we were very pleased as always with this. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because unfortunately the service provided by the staff was slightly off. The staff were not rude and they did nothing specific wrong, however, our main waitress today unfortunately clearly didn't want to be at work and it showed in the way we were served. This, when you are in a customer-facing role, unfortunately impacts the customerβs experience, and it did today as all members of our group picked up on the lack of enthusiasm. Please note that is you have never been to a Wagamamaβs before, when you order food, you can't order starters and main courses separately, all food ordered will come out when ready. Food is not served like it would be in a conventional restaurant, food will potentially come out at different times for your party. This is a Wagamana chain method of ordering food, so will be the same across the board.

My teenage daughter went the over the weekend. Nice atmosphere, attentive and friendly service. Was super busy and were given table at the bar. Had grill chicken ramen and pork belly hirata steamen buns- nice and yum

Fantastic food with quick service. Love coming here because they have such a large range of vegan options, including a fab vegan katsu curry! Tried the new Sakura pink g+t and absolutely loved it! It was refreshing and went gorgeously with slightly spicy food! Service can be a little hit or miss, the staff are friendly but very casual. A good place for a nice meal out, reasonably priced for large portions and a nice atmosphere inside the restaurant with a little outdoor space for nicer weather.

Foods very nice and very filling. Fairly costly but itβs good food so canβt complain. Only ever had one issue which the manger dealt with swiftly. Love the free green tea

We drove to Bromley and parked across the road to the restaurant. We took a short 5 minute walk across the bridge to the resturant. I believe there is another public carpark nearer. Staff were welcoming we did not have to wait long to be served. However when the good arrived the rice was cold. Staff changed the meal with no fuss.

My local wagamama, the food is generally good, although the service can be hit or miss. My favourite dish is the shirodashi ramen. Be warned it can be very busy and Iβve seen people lining up for a seat in the evenings.
