   Staff genuinely care that you enjoy your food and your visit. Portions were well sized. Food was good quality. Prices very fair. I'll definitely go back. They get busy so be sure to book.

   Food was nice, but nothing spectacular, however , we had to wait 2 hours for our main course ( and this was early in the evening ) , strangely during this period our drinks order was not neglected, indicating the restaurant was not overly busy. This was pointed out to the staff who kindly offered another drink as compensation for the late delivery of our meal ( which was politely refused). We also had to remind the waiter on 5 occasions that we had requested water for the table. Would not recommend unless wishing to spend an entire evening in the restaurant.

   My 1st visit was November 24 and somehow I got mixed feelings for this place. After reading good reviews and that they have been rewarded one of the best when I went there felt a little disappointing. Stuff were absolutely chaotic and shouting to one another not paying attention to clients. The menu was missing many meals who can you have a fish section and only serve prawns and no other fish. I ordered keema naan and it was crispy and had like a blob of meat in the middle. Most of the food I eat in other places is far better. The atmosphere with this blue light is blinding.

   Ordered for the first time from this curry house, will not be using again, delivery was very fast, made me wonder how they could prepare all the order in under 20 minutes. Food was sub standard, portions very small, never have in all my years Ordered a sheek kebab, and received two small kebabs for the price. Chicken curry came in a large container filled with curry sauce and six pieces of diced chicken. The rice was nice, but they need to rethink thier portions. I've been to many curry houses all over London and ordered from many in my years, but this experience has been one of the worst ever. As new to the area, Will not be ordering again.

   Normally a nice place but had a really sub standard meal and had to argue with the manager but finally got some recompense in the form of a reluctant refund for the fish curry which was a very underfed Tilapia. Worst of all as we left the restaurant the manager was heard to say to customers waiting for take away food that my partner and I were drunk which was a complete fabrication. Obviously our last meal at the Bombay. The 1 star is generous but the rice was ok. P.S. Still got charged 10% service charge.
