1. Random Task ★☆☆☆☆

   Wish I read the reviews before. Like everyone else, the burgers are stone cold but tasty. The customer service is even worse. Staff barely able to talk louder than a whisper and cannot look you in the eye. Chips were nice as they had just come out of the fryer. I had to use a pile of the chips as a makeshift heater to try and warm the burger up.

   The worst burger and fries I’ve eaten in my life!!! Beef patty was ice cold, probably a month old, tasteless and disgusting! Bun was cold! The burger had no vegetables, cheese or anything whatsoever. Cold bun, disgusting patty and odd tasting souse. And yeah fries had no salt. Literally no salt whatsoever….

   I rarely post a review but we ordered 3 bacon cheese burger without cheese (description Beef Patty, cheese Sauce, Bacon, Lettuce, choice of dip) and 1 crispy crush. We received 3 burgers with bread bacon and beef patty no sauce no lettuce, the meat quality was inedible. The 1 star is for the crispy crush that actually came with sauce and lettuce the chicken was good. We rated 1 star for service because we would have expected the service to know that we just did not want cheese.

   I was at a conference and after perusing all the food outlets and being very underwhelmed I decided to have a bacon cheeseburger and fries. This is a pricey meal so I was expecting it to be meaty and delicious. How wrong was I! The chips are nice but the burger was dry and bland. I never ever eat fast food and I know why, it's a waste of calories! I ditched the defrosted dry brioche bun and ate the meat and cheese. The staff were lovely though to be fair, just crap food!

   Friendly staff but burger came out way too quick for my liking. It tasted very dry which indicates it’s either frozen or had already been cooked beforehand- or maybe both? For a £9.25 burger, I expected better

   Stale bread, no butter or spread, entertain yourself by playing hunt the sausage! I did manage to find the small piece of sausage but wished I’d gone elsewhere for a quick breakfast. Way overpriced for what was provided, £6.20 for 1 sausage, stale bread and a black coffee, rip off! Staff were friendly though.

   I don't normally leave bad reviews unless I'm very disappointed. The burger tasted pretty bad which might have beeen a sign of the meat being old or not kept properly, so had leave half of it on the table. Don't waste your money!

   Food was nice, burger was tasty and chips crispy. Quickly served with no worries at all. Although Very expensive for what it is, but it is similar to the rest of the excel food prices.

   Absolute scam. Do not go this place. I ordered govnor burger which supposed to have tomatoes. I was informed that they don’t have them so i asked instead to add extra pickles that is part of burger to. They charged me 1.20 as an extra order and burger still contained only 2 pickles. Despite that the burger is horrible. Cheese is raw, not even heated up. Bun is same. Bacon overcooked and cold, hard. Not worth 1/3 of the price paid. Total scam

   Please don't waste your money. I LOVE burgers and was so disappointed in this place, just tasted like mustard and a pickle. Over priced. I would have been much happier with a MacDonald 99p burger. Service was as bad as their burgers.
